An OK place. Being a community centre it seldom serves the purpose and most of the time the building is not in use. They should hold exhibitions, seminars, exhibitions and stalls more often. One great idea would be to hold a weekend farmer market every weekend.

They have exhibition by Name Datchi which give a chance to cultural or contemporary artists to exhibit their arts which is always amazing to visit and buy things.

Situated inside the Model Town Community center, Qasar-e-Noor center is really eye catching and fabulous. With its beautifully designed halls and easy access to lifts, it makes organizing functions easy here.The demerit you might come across in these halls is that they have too much capacity, being available for at the least 500 guests. If your function doesnt support that, you cant book the whole hall, and will be provided with some of the portion of the hall.The food quality, whether you consider red meat or the chicken menu, is not very relishing.Overall, its an enthralling and well-designed center with very reasonable rates (per head: 1650 with chicken and 2200 with mutton menu for July 2018. Rates may fluctuate depending on when you are reading this review).Following are the pictures of their basement hall, which has the capacity to support a function of 1100-1200 guests, and supports a separate entrance via lift:

It was not a bad place for a gathering of lets say 75 people. Anything above, is going to be congestive.They need to improve not only the taste, also the presentation and service.There seemed to be a total disconnect between the kitchen and the dinning staff.If people pay you the money you want, they should get the service they want. Anything short of it is deception.

Not pqrticularly esclusive or grand but plenty of parking, plenty of space inside for about 500 guests or so. Food was nice, not brilliant but good. Access is easy and google maps point accurately at it. No complaints, I guess.

Its a community center in Lahore, different exhibitions and events can be arranged over there. Well maintained and decent place to arrange events.

3 Star for the hygiene, Set-up, Discipline, and Courtesy none for food. Only thing we got freshly baked & well prepared was the NAN. Got Gajjar Halva from the frozen stuff while the poor quality of rice used for Pulao.

Very well decorated event managing place in Lahore. If you can afford its best to book your events specially marriage event here to make it memorable. Model Town is covered with trees and is always very pleasant place in every season.

Grandeur outlook and magnificent looks but needs improvement in some facilities such as bridal rooms, hall carpets and stage floors

Place is older Model Town Community Center. The two lifts are adequately sized to move guests between three floors of the hall. There is vast parking area where about 200-300 cars can be parked.

British Council organized IELTS exam in this venue. Very much organized and staff was very cooperative but entry process was very hectic and lengthy that could be improved.

A place that gives you the most memorable moments of your life. Through this place you could arrange your marriage with all the possible decorations. The parking area is sufficient for more than 100 cars and the community center is divided into three different sections or you can say halls for functions. One is located in basement, and this hall having capacity of more than 500 guests . Second one is on ground floor and has been designed outstandingly. The capacity of this hall is more than 1000 guests. And the last one is on first floor. If you want quality function of your wedding I do recommend this community center ....

It was quite vast and nice place for marriages, conferences, functions, etc. With huge space for parking. One of the bad things I noticed was their bathrooms in bad shape with broken door locks.

This is probably the best center for O and A Level exams;I have given some of my O and Level exams here so I can compare this place with other centers. Parking space is good. I won’t recommend this place for weddings;the space is very limited for a very large number of people.
