Most of land lies between bund road and river Ravi has been sold by the zamindars of Mauzas Sanda kalan and Sanda khurd. Shamlaat land sold and without any check and balance of LDA. Khawaja Arcade located in that locality however its location on main bund road or ring road made it important for the residents.
