The time mentioned is till 8 o clock, whereas they already closed the center 10-15 minutes prior.Upon reaching I clearly mentioned that I have tried my best to reach as fast as I could, given that I have a Herniated Cervical Disc issue and made the trip bearing the pain only to be confronted with Un-Professionalism. The excuse from the staff was that we are already closing and my effort to arrange transportation, travel in extreme discomfort is worth nothing just because today they cannot be bothered to turn on their lights and open a door.Any Bank, Store or Clinic that you visit - You are to be allocated by right if you have reached within the frame of mentioned timings. Common sense and as general rule of thumb would suggest that the Gates close at 8 and the service continues for the customers inside no matter how long it takes.This obviously hints that the Owners of the center have left the day to day tasks at the hands of Irresponsible people who clearly do not care for the financial loss the organization may suffer considering that my therapy hardly takes 25-35 minutes but costs 1500 Rupees. What business owner or even a Non Profit Organization would reject that kind of easy money. The attitude of both the female and the male receptionist was already nuisance. I advise the owners to deal with their staff in the same manner, that if any staff member is late for even 5 minutes, do terminate them, considering that is how the patients have been treated.So thanks but no thanks for the future.The center is failing to live up-to its name and hopeless would be my closing remark for the Hope Rehabilitation Center.

Pathetic service and unprofessional behaviour. You will feel just like you are here to get your treatment free or they running a charity. Khalid Niazi itself a greedy person. No commitment, just get lot of free time to wait if you decide to go there. The cleanliness condition can be seen by their water filtration I attach. This water is drunk by staff and offered to customers. Overall a worst experience!

Bad experience with their behavior and expertise still too much expensive and they behave like everything is free(as they claim NGO). Just imagining, what theyre not so-called NGO? They will charge in millions/billions.But nice experience with the doctors.

Most pathetic service as I visited today and I asked with receptionist re procedure for artificial leg and cost and she told me that i must keep waiting so I waited for more then 40 minutes people who came after me she allowed them to go inside then I asked her again that she should tell me the time frame as I need to know the procedure and she again replied the same answer. I told her the we will pursue on cash not on donations but it was useless. I strongly recommend not to go there

Good collection of Orthopedic braces and boots. A little bit expensive though. Aircast walking boots available for ankle and foot support. Good for sprained ankle and fractured metatarsal.
