I used this company for a trip from Islamabad to Swat with with 2 friends. I would never recommend this tour company, I cannot explain enough how bad they are. Everything went wrong with this trip. I am used to difficult and poor conditions, however this is the worst experience I have ever had.when I have paid a lot of money for a tour I expect to get what I pay for. This tour company is the worst I have ever used and would not recommend anyone to use it. We saved up for this tour and feel this one of opportunity has been wasted because of the company we used. When we did complain they responded by basically saying you only spent 11000/- This is disgusting.Our Tour Guid umais (fazoul insan, fazoul attitude and uneducated behaviour) If you are doing a desert tour do not use this company!
