Its food is okayish. Staff is terrible. However, I love the ambiance around mall one! Some other food spots are really good.

I am regular visitor of The Wok and love their food. Today i orderd Thai Chicken Chilli Noodles and it was awesome. Taste was 10/10 but i think it was a bit expensive as compared to its quantity. Service was also fast today

The only god thing is the staff. However needs further training. Food is nothing near to Chinese. Chef is required to get refreshed on Chinese menu. It was a mix of thai in Chinese. Not recommended. No value of money

Bad and slow environment with snail and slow service and deaf ears as no one listens to your calls, you get baby sized portions with bill of 2000 + for two people. Bulls*** taste and quantity, never going again!! ordered szechuan chicken.

Best Chinese restaurant in town with good taste and complete Chinese dishes . Very quick service . Neat and clean environment. Prices are average not high .

Went with a group and ordered 4 dishes including chicken with cashews, kung pao chicken and the special wok chicken. The special wok chicken was disappointing and did not taste good at all.

Standards have been compromised. Food was not fresh and poorly cooked either over or under. I think i have better alternatives for chinese now. I ve been a great fan of special crispy beef and your noodles, today both were pathetic. Never see ya THE wok.

Delicious Chinese food with customizable options . . A bit expensive but worth it

While visiting pKistan from Canada, I happened to visit this restaurant and I must say that it was the worst experience ever. Like other reviews stated, food was served cold and rice were under cooked. They brought meals in portions so some of us had to wait extra 15-20 mins. Customer service was far most the worst ever! Beaware!! Don’t visit!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

The food was not good at all. The hot n sour soup was sweet!! The rice tasted like they weren’t properly washed. And the entree’s were way to salty!!!

Very bad Experience. Got my food after 1 hour. Staff was not friendly and the food was not tasty.. I went their just because the emporium branch is excellent. But this branch was the exact opposite. The only downside at emporium branch is that they give plastic spoons. The soup here at gulberg branch was just like water. I tried finding vegetables in it. Beef chilli was the worst bcoz beef was not properly cooked. Manchorian was also average. My opinion do not try this branch.
