I must say, I am a little DISAPPOINTED.We tried their2 RIBEYE1 WHOLE TENDERLOIN4 CHICKEN STUFFED STEAKOnly chicken streaks were properly cooked and eatable easily.Beef steaks were undercooked, even not able to chew, no Value of Money for them.Their Mashroom soup was quite delicious and worth a try.

For steaks, this is definitely a good place. But don’t expect any good sides with your steaks as all were just average. The burgers are also a disappointment.

Had the aussie rib eye and tried their upcoming smoked beef, the pastrami is to die for! The brisket was delicious and ribs were fantastic, juicy and tasty down to the bone. Will definitely try again!

Looking for a really good steakhouse that serves real steak? This is for you. They have a sizable menu with all the usual suspects of whats supposed to be in a high-end steakhouse. Their food quality is good and taste awesome. The staff is very nice too. But the staff doesnt understand steaks. Try to exercise your own judgment and not listen to these guys. Steak selection itself is an art. Anyway, they used to have just the most spectacular Beefshi - Which theyve taken off menu. WHY! WE WANT BEEFSHI! GIVE US BEEFSHI! Anyway, price is steep. The bill for two of us was Rs. 5,000+. If youre looking for a cheap bite - This isnt for you. Location is good. Right at the mouth of Mall 1 in Lahores Gulberg. Kudos.

Hands down the best place to have steak here in lahore. Perfect portion size for the price plus the sides are delicious especially the steak fries. Little heavy on the pocket for a large gathering but worth every penny!

One of the worst experience of life. Their steak was not properly cooked. It was not at all fresh despite telling them while they were serving they took it back and again brought the same frusty steak. Quality of meat was very normal. An amazing steak house. The best that I have visited. From quantity to taste, its absolutely great. The size of steaks are largest that I have seen in Pakistan. Great original taste of meat. We ordered 4 steaks and garlic soup. The soup was very savoury. Steaks ordered were; tomahawk, whole tenderloin, ribeye and chicken steak. Tomahawk and tenderloin steaks are large enough to satiate anyone. The side items are also tasty. I read comments where people have pointed out the unevenness of cooking in steaks. In my view a large beef steak will always be a little uneven due to thickness. Most restaurants serve very small steaks, (which I dont even consider to be a steak), those can be evenly cooked. Moreover mostly people here go for well done temperature but its always recommended to go for medium rare. A well marinated steak will always be chewy even if its at rare temperature. A must try for all. At least in Karachi I miss this kind of steak.

My first visit to Gauchos Steakhouse. The citrus avacado was ok. I think they could be generous with the citrus part although the pomegranate was enough.The prawn and calamari starter had no taste whatsoever.sent it back and ordered steak roll starter which was something new,honestly speaking i didnt like the whole idea of it,something to do with the arrangement and variety in consistency of different ingredients in it,only the sauce on it was tasty.The steak was better than the other two orders.Most annoying thing was the service.Either they are short of staff or its the lack of training.i ordered my drink when the main course arrived but they didnt serve it till everything was finished.

First time I tried medium rare t-bone steak which was near perfect in taste, juicy and tender, how steak is meant to be. Second time I tried filet mignon medium well, but it was dry and chewy. The staff offered a mini filet mignon in replacement, medium rare, which was okay but wasnt as good as t-bone like I had the first time.Also for sides fist time I had fries and Mac and cheese which were great. Second time I had rosemerry and garlic potato and fries, potatoes tasted like kafoor whereas fries were not as good as the first time.Sauce ordered both time was tenderloin which was great, but second time the quantity was less.Change in quality and quantity in mere a weeks time is no good indication. Anyways restaurant is a start. I wish they get better with time. Jessies steaks are far better though.

SuperbOne its kind...

Easily the best steak I’ve had in Lahore, and as a foreigner who often indulges in steaks, I can safely say Gauchos is comparable to western steakhouses. Both the tenderloin and tomahawk were cooked perfectly medium rare and had great flavor even without adding the excellent bernaise sauce I had ordered. Although they were both over 3000 pkr, the quantity and flavor was well worth the price. To top it off, the creamy spinach was heavenly. Highly recommended.

T-Bone is Amazing

Its a very neat and clean restaurant. The staff of this restaurant is very cool and quick. And the food quality is really awesome.

Steak was pathetic. When I cut the steak there was blood flowing out of the meat. Showed it to manager and requested him to change. He cut the steak from middle in 2 slices, toasted it and got it back telling me he changed it but he never did. Paid around 6k for a worthless steak and spoiled the lunch

Wide variety of steaks. Ribeye is for real steak lovers who dont mind some fat in the steak. Burgers are of average quality.

They have expensive cuts that they do not know how to cook. Uneven cooking was the problem with all our steaks as well as other people. Fillet Mignon was good only. Sides are also very average. Not worth the price.

They dont have a clue about making steaks. Taste was fine but the meat was unevenly cooked. Our sirloin consisted of medium, medium well, well done and unchewable welldone as well. We complained and the sam e piece was presented to us again. Steakhouse burger was dry and just average too. No value for money. Very average experience
