Service was good but sitting wasnt appropriate

Options cafe is dream place for parties and celebrations. Its all in one to enjoy and celebrate. Options Exotic Restaurant, Options Bakery and Options Coffee Shop.

They offer good menu having broad range of food

A bit conjusted. No washroom. Service is casual. Food was good.

The cafe is small but Good and very well priced. They also offer Starbucks coffee which is really good. If you’re looking to visit: go see their Facebook page for latest offers. By the way, they give 20% off on SCB platinum credit cards.

Food quantity / presentations is very good. nothing wrong with the pricing also. However staff communication & service speed is an issue. they always ask to repeat the previous sentence or order. seems confused. secondly they are really very slow. train them. educate them. it will be in the betterment of the shop.

The bakery is excellent in terms of food. The food is veryyy good if you know what to choose... The staff however isnt consistent... Especially with regards to cake ordering... Wouldnt advise getting a cake there unless you run out of time in which case they are the only option. They even take orders for customized cakes at one night notice! The taste is really good though

Confectionery items are not that much good to visit this place specially. In other words, they are up to the par, but not excellent. Staffs service is not good, especially the receptionist available in the morning. Seating ambient and crockery are totally in the sorry state for a classy person.

The food tastes good and offers a birthday venue/setting but the prices are high. Small cozy place for a get-together with friends or family.
