Worst experience. I got it fixed from Maqsood Motors Alama Iqbal Road, Ghari Shahu.Punjab AC is useless if your vehicle has issues. They just service and put in gas, charging huge amount.It was a bad decision to fall in their trap.Curse on them.

Quality work is done on this service shop. However, they may charge you a bit more for the parts if replacement is required. Rest is that they are experts. I have been there for couple of times with different vehicles. And all of them were fix professionally. I recommend this shop for both local and imported vehicles.

Usually best to visit early morning to avoid customer traffic.despite large fans workshop can get pretty hot during summers but a cold waiting area exists for customers.Disclaimer: while I knew the owner through family contacts , I still felt they delivered the same level of service to every customer.

High prices. Charged 2500 to just top off the refrigerant. The technician left the filling point cover below my wipers which I found luckily next morning. Careless attitude. I asked for a steam wash of the radiator and a/c grill but they just washed with pressure washer.

Staff behavior is very rude. Without checking they will tell you that the Gas is low and when you ask during Gas Filling how much gas is filled then they start shouting Ap ko nahin pta chaly ga .

I visited today in my Mark II for its gas leakage. They just kept us waiting for 15 minutes and then a person came to inquire the issue then he said we dont have the equipment for the car. Like it is one of the biggest AC shops in Lahore and they dont have equipment and they are entertaining other customers in front of me. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent car AC service centre

They only prefer newest model cars, mine was a 1998 Toyota Corolla. They simply refused to even diagnose the problem, and suggested that I should go to some other Service provider. They only problem was that my Compressor fuse blows away as soon as I switch it on. Actually my magnet coil wire insulation was damaged and it was grounded to the compressor creating a shortage. I simply came home put insulation tape on it and replaced the fuse. Switched on the air conditioning and it was perfectly working fine.On an other incident later I asked them to replace the compressor which I had bought with a new engine, they refused and later told me that it would cost Rs:- 5,000/- and commented that it will be a waste of money. I told them to go ahead and paid them the asked amount. During the process they had broken many wiring clips instead they can be opened easily.Non professional and very errogant mechanics.

Poor experience. The place is very costly especially for the maintenance of old vehicles. They are charging huge premium on used parts as well. Team is professional and efficient while opening dashboard for service but did a poor job putting things back. I had to get dashboard fixed from elsewhere and they didn’t even put all nuts and bolts in. Rates are too high. They also charge 16% GST on services so a job worth Rs. 3500/- would be charged more than Rs. 4000/-If you own luxury vehicles and need services for just out of warranty cars, or you simply don’t care about spending money needlessly, then this place is recommended. The owner and workers become annoyed easily if the car is old or the customer tries to verify their quoted prices from elsewhere.
