Reasons to visit:- Relatively big.- Lots of items- Items usually cheaper than at other stores and supermarkets- Their own branded food, hygiene, etc. products that are much cheaper and above average in quality.- Bathrooms for males and females on the first floor (I think when you need to go, you just have to go and having a washroom really matters at that time)Reasons not to visit- Extremely crowded on weekends.- Staff not very professional- Have to hunt for trolleys on busy days. You have to beg with other customers to give you trolleys- Inconsistency in stock i.e. you find something this month you wont find it the next month.- Beef quality is bad. Veal is great. The guys behind the meat counters can be sloppy though i.e. leaving small pieces of bones in your meat.Note: If you like to shop in peace, pick a week/work day and go in the morning. However, if you like being thrown around and getting hit with trolleys on your ankles, you are more than welcome to visit on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

I personally prefer going to this imtiaz because its big, spacious and offers almost all grocery items. Apart from grocery you can buy toys, stationary, crockery even clothing from here. Preferable visiting hours would be morning else it gets really crowded in there and trolley availability becomes an issue.

Actually i bought a hand purse brand name ballberrys from imtiaz but the purse quality was low n price was high next day I caught purse in my hands but i saw purse was damage from both sides I gone market to tell them purse is damage n kindly exchange it but when I told him to cosmetic supervisor Mr. zubair about purse he starts misbehave to me n said u used it but the question is that how can i use in one day if I used it then why u r keeping there this type of quality its 3rd class quality cheapest quality ever its very shameful just bcz of quality u will loose ur loyal costomer kindly exchange my purse just bcz i paid for it but it is wastage for me thanks

The worse supermarket experience ever. The trolleys are not oiled and their wheels dont funcrion properly. There is no limit to the number of people allowed in the premises, nor are safety measures enforced like they should be. It is like a zombie apocalypse in there. I cant believe people go here to save rupees 500 or 1000 off of their monthly groceries. Have a little bit of self worth!

I have been shopping here with my family for some time now, but honestly me and my family now sick of it, though company brands items are still offered at good discount, but they have increased the prices of their own brand items significantly considering what they were in the past, and most important of all if you are thinking of a nice enjoyable few hours of shopping at this particular branch, forget it! DHA branch is easily accessible to me because it is near to my office and also offer free parking. Their medicine portion staff is quick and will take less time. All other brands are also available. Store is good, having wide range of groceries and everything, but check out system is not good and billing counters usually takes too much time and due to this most of people go back left their full trollies in front of those billing counters.
