Very bad service. Worst bank. The lady from this branch doesnt have manners to speak. She doesnt know how to talk to customers. She doesnt want to listen just keep on saying without getting what I was saying and when she didnt have answer of my question she just hung up on me.The behavior was too rude. JS Bank team train your staff to behave like an educated person and let me know the procedure of closing account. I dont want to proceed with unprofessional bankers.
