I would have given them zero stars. They are the worst shipping line you could deal with. If your consignment is CFR shipment be sure to get ripped by them. They will charge you soo much extra and would not even given proper invoice. They will not even give you the breakup of the money which they are charging. They will just issue you a receipt of the money they took from you. Be sure to get first copy of the invoice from the shipper for destination charges.
