Seats were small other than this excellent services far better then many well known airlines like Saudia,Qatar, Emirates and etc. Turkish airlines is the only airline which accepts pets in cabin within 8kg max weights of it.

Office parking is on the road.Office location is reasonable accessible.If u bought the ticket online.thn there is no point of going there.Their kjowledge about deals and guiding new abt rules are very limited.Not sure , why they are there and how they help.

At least you should attend the calls if there is some other number so provide us that ... because everyone need some information regarding your office timing now a days what are the flights status now a days or seats are available or not??? Where should we ask these questions??? Walk in is important for these questions ?? em very much disappointment ...
Pathetic costumer service ,donot know much about deals offered by turkish airline..Amazing airline, poor staffing in karachi office.Second visit: just learn that if u buy a ticket online ,these guys at the local office can not change your flight.U have to call online.What confuses me what r these guys for....I am sure TA ,knows better.
Although they never pick up any calls on their number provided, the staff inside is very courteous and polite.

Calling their Karachi office on given number to enquirer about excess luggage in weight but nobody even picking the phone or it goes on voice message.How can their customers contact them by phone?I don’t any response by Karachi office for negative comments on their local page.Not a good experience at all.As regard their wheel chair service at Istanbul airport, while boarding passenger at the gate, they don’t care to provide wheel chair and start boarding first with wheel chair passenger or families with small children’s. The English language is also an issue with ground staff. However there were no issues at New York and KARACHI airport.They do need to look into and improve their service.
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Wont help you with anything if you unfortunately booked your ticket from a travel agency. Do not want to help your query sorted out because of their and the travel agent monopoly,never going to use it in the future.

Very very disappointed. I have received an email regarding cancellation of our flights since then we have madly trying to contact the airline but honestly speaking no answer and their office never open. It has been two weeks I cant get through to them .never fly with them as they are dodge airline ever.

I had one of the worst experience . The flight and staff is good but it is impossible to reach the customer service . I tried alot if I can talk to them but they are not accessible. Turkish airlines website is the only option but that too is very complicated plus they dont want to understand or they dont know English. Will never use Turkish airlines again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do not provide consultancy for Visa applications but did provided the relevant and helpful information.
In flight experience was good but communication is a big issue with them. They dont understand English at all and getting answers for simple questions can sometimes become a nightmare. I almost missed my flight once as they didnt exactly understand my question and provided incorrect information.
They only provide useful information, they dont speak English well.

Do not go to this office expecting to get accurate information about tour Istanbul. We showed our ticket to this office and they confirmed we were eligible for tour Istanbul offer. When we arrived at hotel counter in Istanbul airport they told us we could have gotten a different flight so we were not eligible for tour Istanbul. Also keep in mind the visa not free.
It’s my third day I try and called many times took a cab there but the place was close before 5 pm and you can see the closing time on the site which says 6pm no one ever answers the phone I guess they are here for joke and ware our time useless people
Very bad experience. I came from Houston to Karachi. When I opened checked in bag I came to know that two of my electronic devices were missing. I filed a complaint with them but got no positive response.

A very Poor service in KArachi. Office is only operational from 9-5 and even in these working hours they never pick up the phone calls. Lines are never operational. This is a star airline but still very poor services in PAkistan. I lost my baggage and there is zero support or update from the Karachi Office of Turkish airways.Also the level of poor service is unless u dont click on a star the post cannot be shared publically. so by anymeans they get one star as least..Huh

Turkish Airlines office Karachi is located in The Residence Tower, on Khaliq uz Zaman Road near Punjab Chowrangi. The office was opened about six months ago. I would not get into the details of the service and food which was served during the actual journey, which was not good. But the staff at the office was friendly and helpful. They explained everything in detail and informed about the various deals they are offering. Good luck to them. I just wish that they can improve their services during the flight.
