Lovely old heritage building belonging to the Goans of Karachi

KGA Karachi Goan Association, as the name suggests it is a membership only club for the Goan community in Karachi, Pakistan. Its a cultural Hub for the Goans. The place is old but a wonderful structure protected under heritage. The KGA has a library, a hall used as a wedding hall, and all sorts of other religious functions and gatherings are held here like the First Holy Communions party, engagement party, Silver and Golden Jubilee functions etc.Every year on 3rd December the feast of our Patron Saint Saint Francis Xavier is held, first a Eucharistic Celebration and a grand dinner with an entertaining programme of konkani, English and Urdu songs.The Goan community is famous for celebrating and enjoying every occasion so Christmas, Easter, New Year, Independence Day etc are celebrated with great fervour and enthusiasm.The KGA is the cultural hub of all the above celebrations reflecting the spirit of Goa.

It has tambola every Friday at 7.30 pm. Set prices are 700 to 1000rs for the whole game. Canteen serves wanton, sandwich, potato chips, potato cutlets and beverages.

It was a gathering to celebrate friends daughter wedding. Had good people to converse, good food and an admiration to KCA building architecture and its management.

Good place for hosting an event. The place is not outstanding but the rent is cheap and can be well decorated.

A good place to relax and spend your weekends, playing snooker, table tennis, futsal or netball! Good recreation!
