Masjid e Tooba is definitely considered a face for Karachi city. The mosque was built in 1969, located in Defence phase 2 on old korangi road. It’s been more then 51 years but mosque is still in good shape. The huge Round tomb and one Minar makes it one of a kind. I always find peace and relax every time I am there. The side land scapes are green and open. It is definitely a must seen destination in Karachi which is around 10 minutes away from FTC building on shahrah e faisal.

Please note Im writing my comments according to my last visit Friday prayer experience, kindly dont judge my dawa! (Faith).No maintenance at all, dry waterfront, dirty washrooms, messy garden, Imam was late, Friday prayer was delayed, Using table fan instead of Air condition in 2020, such a shame.Beautiful mosque, good parking guards

Beautiful and marvellous work of Architect. Wonderful masjid in karachi Pakistan. Huge space for musaleens. This is I guess the biggest dome monument in the world. The amazing fact of this Masjid is it has not a single pillar at all. Created in 1960s. Open 5 Times a day. Jummah prayer at 1.45 pm. Big wudu facilities. Clean toilets facilities. Near this Masjid outside a book shop as well.

It may sound strange to give a low score to a Mosque, but the Mosque management needs to step up. There was hardly any enforcement for wearing a mask. The Mosque staff kept on asking people to fill the inside portion in total disregard to covid SOPs. Worst of all the mics were not working. People on the outside did not even know when the prayers started, as they could barely hear anything.

This mosque is a masterpiece, it is extremely fascinating and relaxing to offer Salah here!
