Finding parking in FTC is a nightmare but thankfully Etimad has arranged a dedicated parking accessible to its visitors only.The security staff was polite and helpful in guiding me to park the car securely.The entire facility and staff followed the SOPs of COVID. Process of giving fingerprint was smooth and hassle free.There is an ATM inside the premises should you need cash as the counter only receive payments in cash.

The process is so slow May Be it is so for corona virus only limited counters open to facilitate the visa applicants. Much wait creating rush inside and chances of COVID spread are high.

Etimad FTC centre of Karachi is relatively bigger as compared to other centre in the city. Lots of space to accommodate people coming for bio metric for different purposes.The staff is quite cooperative and great hospitality. Inside the waiting space, there is a tea and coffee shop, where you can find other confectionery item and water as well.The timings are from 9am to 5pm, during Hajj season the Timmings are 9am to 8am, and during the hajj season the office also opens on Saturday and Sunday.This is a great, convenient facility for the citizens of Karachi and other nearby cities.

They are working under Saudi Authority charging very high prices. It is recommended to submit the case with an authorized agent.

Unbelievable building and view is so beautiful... you need to see this beauty... We booked the tickets in hotel and get the best deal. We have booked 5 pm and it was a good choice as there were a small waiting time, no long queues. The whole visit took as around 2 hour. Because we was so excited and was sun set as well....The souvenir shop has nice stuff with good price.

It is advised to get an appointment first through their website to save time. If not walkin customers can also get in a queue.First step is to get a token by paying Rs 1120 per scan.As per staff all Umrah visa applicants aged between 6 till 80 are required to have a biometric scan.After token customers are sent to counter where staff calls numbers which move fast. My number was 210 and existing number was 148 and my turn came in 35-40 mins.It took 5 mins for the scan. Keep the receipt safe for visa application.The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and they guide people coming in to office well. There are proper queues and also queue management systems with ample waiting space for customers.Eitmad office is located at the back of FTC building and access is from outside the building not inside. Parking is a major issue as existing parking is almost all reserved. Valet parking charges are Rs 150 for first two hours and Rs 50 for following hours.

Excellent and quick service! They need this quick service otherwise there will be traffic jam! The appointment system is extremely useful and I would suggest to all the applicants to make an appointment before going so they can avail quick service!

I had such a wonderful experience at Etimad, the personnel at the first counter was very polite and helpful. He assisted me in a very professional way in compiling my documents, in the order that the Embassy would accept. The document submission, biometrics and payment procedure also went very smoothly. The whole process took around 30-45 mins, without any hassle.

It good & fast. Be very careful putting passport number when applying online appointment. If there ia mistake in online appointment detail so you will have 2 choices... 1) come back after 15 days. 2) Validate the appointment by paying around 2600/ rs so that you can get same day appointment.

Etimad services of visa are unsatisfactory as they on account of Insurance processing normal visa application converting to Lounge application and difference amount Rs.6,103/- charging additional.Amazingly Insurance is not beneficial in Saudi Arabia as no medical facility provided. No Insurance policy or Health Card being provided.We are afraid in the name of Saudi Arabia the Etimad is extracting money from us.

Etimad (Urdu) means trust in English. Its a good place with Air Conditioned environment. Well trained and educated staff to help you at most. Having wheelchair access and quit sufficient parking.

Refund policy incase of rejections is really poor. They easily take around 2 months to process the request.Staff should have complete information of the procedure. I got my visa approved in second attempt as I submitted the photocopy of my documents and contract letter. Why was I allowed to submit the docs when they have verifications cycle (docs are verified twice)?

Beware of the scam they are doing, i went there on 3rd oct 2019, with an appointment, they sent me upstairs and told me that, we are doing your work on urgent basis, keep in mind the whole office was empty and there were very few clients over there, after payment i found out, i have been charged 7000 rupes extra, in the name of urgent processing (vip lounge) where the whole office was empty.They should have told me that they will charge this huge extra amount before taking me to vip lounge.Please Beware of this scam, And save your money by not going to vip lounge, unless needed.Thanks

Its too slow process. One application completed 5+ hours. Imagine how children stay for long. In addition AC was too slow everyone was asking but no admin staff there to support. Tea and water serving good.

Took my father and mother along for Saudi visa, father is disabled and need walking aid however no wheelchair provided despite of asking multiple times, then after getting inside came to know that visit visa counter is at first floor and there is no lift which was worst when my father walked all the way crossing twenty zigzag stairs, and more hilariously the etimad person downstairs said whats a big deal its only 20 stairs,,,, improve services please.

The fee for biometric of work visa is 858 while they charge 900 from every candidate. There is no check and balance and the extra amount is questionable and this corruption has to be addressed. This big name and a cheap tactic to make money yet even it is mentioned clearly that the fee is 858 and they charge 900

Very simple and easy procedures. We reached 10 minutes before appointment and did complete biometric of 7 family members within 15 minutes.. Somebody told me no need of biometric for ages below 10 years and above 70..

Staff misinforms on different matters related to visa documentation, they need better training.The processes and communication mediums are very inefficient. They dont inform you if your passport has arrived back from the Saudi consulate after visa stamping or about the progress of application. Moreover they never pick up your phone call.It appears that since they are the officially designated visa agency by Saudi Arabia, they exploit this privileged. Etimad need to improve a lot!

It a place where u have to visit for visit visa of Saudia arabia or performing umrah or hajj... They collects documents n money for stamping n with in 4 to 5 days ur stampted visa would be delivered at ur doorstep... Dont forget to make polio vaccination card from taj medical complex at nursery behind kfc.. They take 400rs to do so n provide u polio card... Which is mandatory for a person whose having a child below 5 years old... And ofcourse dont forget to take ur atm card as u need some 15 to 20 thousand extra fees for stamping... Means for visit visa u must have minimum 35 thousands per head for hassle free submissions..

Guards ask for Passport all the time at the Etimad gate and for parking in Etimad space. So its a must even if someone is going for information gathering only.information Counter is up the stairs and staff if very helpful.
