No proper guidance, need better communication staff for public and also need to clean this place.
Staff behavior is worst, because booking officers are govt employes
Pakistan Railway Ticketing office is a well coordinated & well managed office.Proper guidelines are available there for passengers. Currently system is good but I think Govt Should do better.system can give better service to public if the all counter works.at evening some counter of ticketing was not working and passengers were worry about long queue to get tickets.

Need improvement. But cant expect from government. Need change of all Provincial government. Most Sindh government then others.Hope ministry of Pakistan railway would have time to give to railways to improve its system, rails & station. Otherwise no vote for even PTI government next time.

This place has less facilities than it should have: the staff is not friendly. No help desk for general information is available. It is better to book you tickets through Pak railways website.
Becase There is no siting place of passengers Beverege so expencive every thing for economy class pasengers un higenical ....
Too bad long lines for a same day and before head booking, i would suggest you downloading the Pakistan railways app and making the booking, by the app after dinner tweeking, its simple and time saving

They should make this ticketing process like ATM machine it will cost them once and it will not consuming, but the condition is worse there is huge cue and you have to wait for your turn.
Its railways reservation center, if you want to book tickets before time to travel later you can book

When I visited in March this year, most of the counters were non operational with lengthy queues.
