Excellent experience. They had done everything possible to protect clients from COVID 19. Sanitizers were available at almost all locations of the office. Staff was very courteous and they was hardly an waiting period.

Work for Emirates was always my dream until I decided to join for the Open Day delivered in Dublin.The lady responsible for doing the interviews called Theresa really needs to go back to Dubai and go for some customer service classes and some administration classes as well.At the first day of the open day on Friday the 27th, they had larger number of people than they were expecting, and the ladys responsible for doing the interviews wasnt able to handle the situation, the left us standing in a very warm room for nearly 2 hours, and after that they bearly looked at people faces, dindt give a chance for people to introduce themselves, after that left everyone wanting for a result that they already knew for another 4 hours, the whole first day was from 9 am until 5 pm just waiting for Theresa organizing herself.Some candidates decided to show up later in the day around 3:45 pm and they were received and accutually got a chance to had a small interview, what made Theresa and her colligue Emma thinks that they deserved more time than enyonelse that arrived there but 9 am???????The next day we were asked to be there at 9 am again, and Theresa and her partner Emma had swapped about 5 CVs and lost some CVs as well that they could not find all day!!!!!I was all day wondering what makes Theresa thinks that she is better than anyone else in that room?? She thinks she is great, but she is fairway from being nice, she was snobby and arrogant I think tired as well, but she didnt not handle the situation and did not delivered any kind of customer service for all of us.After we all waited for two long days they had decided to check up if all candidates was tall enough and I understand that,but it should have been done at the beginning of the precess and not after two days of waiting around, people failed for that and for having tatoos as well.Another thing that I felt extremely sorry was for those who had to do the English test at 5pm in the Saturday after being stressed all day and been up since from 5 am in the morning, they were sitting in a room with around 50 people talking while they were doing their exam, it was a shame and a completely disrespect!!!!Half of us left there without knowing what day we are going to be interviewed.I am so disappointed, frustrated and disgusted with all of this and I dont want work or fly with Emirates after that, because if I am going to be treated like Theresa treated us, I rather stay where I am.There was people travelling from many different places to be there and also people who had to miss two days of work to be there as well and we all wish to be treated with a bit of more respect.

Nice office, reasonable staff. Location of the office is not customer friendly, you can face a little difficulty in reaching if you are using any public transport. Also heavy VIP movement area so most of the time you could face road closures.Everything including support staff and their support was fine, but not according to Emirates actual standards as they follow in other countries.

Office are closed till 7 of April 2020 but not updated here neither on the website. No online customer service help, people shouldnt go to there office its waste of time and energy in this heat. Better put feedback on social platform.

Very inconveniently located, parking is available in the basement but to reach the office you have to find the way like a treasure hunt. Once you reach they have large Customer Service area with multiple desks, but only 2 of them working. Staff was not really courteous or friendly, seems like they have no motivation to do what theyre supposed to do. Expect something better from the worlds top airline.

Staff not cooperative. I needed to change one booking but staff said not possible in emirates office and asked me to go back to agent who booked. Later I was able to do it from Saudi Arabias emirates office for same booking.
Service of the staff on duty is excellent.Karachi is a big city with population of above 20 million,their location should be in the centre of Karachi on Shahrah e Faisal so that the Karachites can reach them conveniently.

I m customer since 1993, but my recent experience was worst in my life while booked a confirmed seat for UAE. DUBAI.,Karachi staff dealing is like GODFATHER, Frustrated and Tired, One operational boarding counter for hundreds of economy class passengers at Qaid e Azam international Airport Karachi, You Purchase Ticket pay them and than face the brutal Behavior by boarding staff and Help line etc.Rather than helping you, at both the places Helpline and Boarding counter, The staff delebratly Put your case in further fuss, Your visa expiring NO PROBLEM, you will loose your Cash Paid amount for ticket NO PROBLEM, You and your family will suffer mental Tortuer when you are off loaded, NO PROBLEM for Emirate Air Karachi staff,Your Ok to Board is Not updated into there OWN SYSTEM even you show them Hard Copy of OtoB, NO PROBLEM for emirates staff at Karachi. After 40/50 mnts long stay in Q you report at Boarding counter they will show generosity and will provide you 5 mnts time to call there OWN helpline get OtoB UPDATED to their OWN SYSTEM you have calling facility at that time or not But they will not bother to Help you by Just picking up there own Internal communication Telephone and to clear the matter softly, NO, they will OFFLOAD you Because they might want to OBLIGE some one else either staff or someone else. You will loose every thing due to the Un Professional Behavior and Negligence at Karachi Airport and All PROBLEMS will be waiting for you.
I had worst customer service (call service) experience with Karachi office. Better do not bother to call them for your queries.

I was coming back from Dubai and got to travel in some aircraft of Emirates airline on February 26, 2019 (EK 608). My seat was 46-A,one of the twin seats at the end. During the flight I didnt have any meal because the dining trays lock was missing and they had shut it permanently (of which the crew wasnt aware of as she tried to open it by force). I couldnt use my laptop for work and it was old aircraft as I couldnt find any USB connection for charging. Quite disappointing experience this time as this is not expected of The Emirates Airline. I have a video and some pictures of it too but cant share here.
Emirates has a spacious office located on the 2nd floor of Faysal Bank building next to the Marriott hotel in Karachi. More importantly, the staff are extremely courteous and supportive. A shout out here for Mr. Farrukh Safdar who painstakingly showed me how to get a refund on a flight cancellation. He guided me with great patience and resolved the issue expeditiously. (Incidentally, the airlines website could be a little clearer on how to claim a refund but thats a minor detail.) Happy to say that the refund was processed in a few days with a small amount deducted per the terms of the ticket I had purchased online.Parking could be a problem for visitors but Emirates does have reserved parking in the basement of the Faysal bank building that I used.Ill be flying Emirates whenever possible given their great customer orientation and because I have signed on to their Skywards program which offers free upgrades and discounts on fares.

Normally excellent business class but, for some reason, the stewardesses claimed to have run out of some food after my 12 year old requested a bit more as he was still hungry after his child meal. Arranged an adult meal for him on the return leg!
Everything is great and would have given a 5 but the staff especially the foreigner female air hostesses, well some of them are very rude, especially towards south asian passengers. The Arab staff in particular is spectacular but these air hostesses need to be taught how to behave. And I am not geberalizing most are good but every time I fly there is at least one air hostess who seems quite rude for no reason. Especially on flights to/from Pakistan. Just because a pssenpass is illiterate doesnt give you the right to look down on them.Apart frif that Emirates is still the best airline in the world and I would still always choose them over any other airline but it would be nice that someoes monitors this minority of black sheep who are ruining Emirates name.

Baggage Lost by Emirates: I travelled from Toronto by Emirates EK 242 on January 22, 2018 to Dubai and from Dubai by EK 606 to Karachi, one of my checked baggage was not found at Karachi Airport on arrival. I immediately reported this lost baggage at Karachi Airport with Emirates. It is now about three weeks Emirates is not able to find my lost baggage. Their Karachi phone numbers are always on hold for very long time and without any answer. I had my very important personal items like laptop charger, my iphone, jacket and other items which are very important when someone travels. I am not able to find some of these items here in Karachi. I am helpless. On the other hand Emirates is not giving any answer about this lost baggage, still tracing.
