Being a parent it was a Worst experience ! The receptionist lady sat there on the entrance of office at main campus .I dont know her name was so rude,alot of attitude no way to handle the visitors, extremely unethical response. it was so disappointing to visit for once for paying my daughter admissiom fee .I think she is not able for that seat university should hire some able person for that job .otherwise not recommended this uni again

The day i got into this university till the time of graduation that is about to come, it has been a great experience, in other words i would say it has been a crazy ride. Iqra University Formerly Known as AMI. It is a very affordable university with high quality education to those who dont get chance to show their potential. And who are not considered by universities like IBA and CBM( only giving admission to the cream). Thats where IU steps in. Faculty is very impressive. The only issue that needs to be addressed is the parking area.

Its my 3rd semester here and so far i dont have any complains about any faculty or management but oral communication in media science is useless because of the current faculties, otherwise its a great university.

I graduated with a BBA degree in Fall12 from here and have some really good memories associated with this place made some great friends.During my course I came across many teachers who werent very good at teaching like Dr. Imtiaz Subhani, Mr. Tariq Haleem (he used to make fun of students for not knowing the subject, i mean thats exactly why we were studying), Ms. Sarwat Afzal, Engr. Shah Mehmood, Saeed Ahmed and then there are some who are really worth mentioning and who I really look up to like Shahnawaz (Marketing Management / Entrepreneurship), Dr. Jawaid Basheer (Statistical Inference) and Ahsan Durrani (OTD)So far I have worked in 3 reputable FMCG companies that are multinationals and to dte I never felt the need of dressing up formally like there was a compulsion in Iqra, you only need to be prim and proper when youre in client services and to narrow it down, banks where you need to get some accounts.1 teacher pointed out a very big flaw in the system to which i totally agree, why would you fail someone on the basis of attendance, that doesnt make sense at all, how does that prove a persons ability of understanding a subject, is it a kindergarten?Oh and yes Dr. Imtiaz Subhani in front of all the students threatened me not to meet him outside the university.Overall it was a beautiful journey good days. Best of luck to the young lot!
