I ordered a deal at 12:26Am and got a call by Johar branch that your order shall be catered by Water Pump branch and to share my location on WhatsApp, even after multiple calls and follow-ups I was being told that Rider is on the way and in the end at 02:49Am I was told that my order cannot be delivered.Such a pathetic services. Never going to order again with Pizza Max.

The coleslaw was expired and tasted bad. Otherwise everything was good.

Its too late and bad service..

Prices have increased and quality is not as what we love in the past. Need to Improve otherwise well have to say good bye to Pizza Max.

It is very nice restaurant for pizza lovers. I visited and enjoy the pizza. Sitting environment is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Outside the restaurant parking area is enough for cars and motorcycles. Security Guards are alert.Pizza are very tasty and rich with cheese. Variety of flavours are available.

I visited two days back and noticed a couple sitting in the last row was doing unethical things openly and staff didnt even stop them and enjoying the situation instead. The boy was lying his head on the shoulder of the girl and his hand was in her jacket. I was waiting for my family members so I tried to complain but unfortunately there was no one responsible present. Later some of them decided to ask the couple to stop this. My question for PIZZA MAX is that what kind of business you are doing. You can let anyone do anything just because they are paying you. How shameful. Moreover, on that day I was completely disappointed with the pathetic service and arrangement. I reserved my table one week ago with advanced money paid but when I entered I noticed that pineapples were missing in salad so I informed them at the same time but they could not arrange it even after an hour. Their drinks were not cold enough so I had to buy them from outside. I HATE YOU PIZZA MAX *********************

I tried Pizza max 2nd time and my experience was almost simillar.... like pizza dough was very thick and pizza was tasteless.

They served us cold pizza although at that we were the only people in the restaurant.

If there is a rival to pizzahut, its pizzamax for sure. Where pizzahut is getting overly expensive day by day, pizza max remains fairly affordable and comes up with excellent discounted deals every month. Keep it up guys!!!
