Indus is one of its kind. I found them very organized and disciplined.Outstanding addition in health facilities for the masses and specially for people who are not able to bear burdened and increasing cost of healthcare nowadays. Premises is open spacious, good in terms of air and sunshine. All major fecilities are accesible. At the moment a bit liw in accomidativity but as soon as tge mega project of new premises is available, indus perhaps would be among the biggest of hospitals in country.

Although this hospitable is a charitable hospital and running for a good cause but the quality is worst. In family medicine, residents and trainee doctors see and treat patients rather than the consultants. You have to wait alot to get your turn and the interns see you in the name of consultants. This is pathetic!!!

Went for Corona Test. Waited 3 hours in line. Its been 5 days and Still no result from them. They dont answer the phone (operator transfer but no one picks up). I think they are taking samples only

The Indus hospital is 33 .km faraway my home ,but when i have checked in this hospital , i have to say that my personal experience with working doctors and staff was very good and i found myself into very good care.whereas there is no any cost for their medical services but the facilities and equipment were all in good condition.and the technical staff were well trained.Here is my suggestion that such kind of hospital should be extended to other parts of Karachi city so that peoples can be benefited from such best medical facilities at large.

But when I was leaving, I was like Wow... Havent seen such excellent treatment either its the staff or the SOPs,patients were treated with care and kindness,the building was neat and clean, the staff was extraordinary with their professionalism. My family went there to have their Corona test done, they said come back tomorrow for it but when we came today they said they are only testing those with symptoms. The ladies at the counter didnt co-operate and called the security straight away, and they only tested 2 members instead of 6 which we waited for about 4 hours. All tho its free it is a really bad hospital. Dont go there.

I went to this hospital 2 times.. Both times they returned us saying that they dont have beds. The real reason is that indus hospital staff want to treat only those whos case is simple or opration is cheap.. They dont to put enough time nore money..... No matter how serious the petient may be, they will keep us on returning him saying NO BEDS AVAILABLE.....they wont admit... All the charity indus gets it doesnt want to spend all of it on petients.. Thats what it seems....

Good efforts and easy to access

I once got injured around the Korangi crossing area (got hit by a car). I initially didnt know what to do and I thought I would have to go to a clinic far away from that area. However, a few people pointed me to a building telling me its a hospital. The well built building looked like an expensive private hospital. In any case, I was not in good shape so I reached there with a 5 minutes walk and as I entered, I was given priority treatment as my wounds were fresh.During the time of this treatment, I was anticipating a heavy fee after I was done with the treatment. However, I was super surprised when in the end the person at the counter said there is no charge and the hospital is free for all. I couldnt believe it.I was a student back then and I put in whatever I could in the donation box out there but it really restored my faith in humanity. God bless all the people who are working in this hospital.Oh, and I must say, back then it was already completely paperless system, everything was electronic which was a first for me in a hospital in Pakistan!

I am writing this review , after two direct experiences in 2014 and latest in Feb 2016. As a senior management person , I critically observed the working of hospital management from top to bottom , during my every visit , spending many hours , I can say this is Ultimate in comparison to what is we all experience in our daily life not only in hospitals but in general in every dimensions of society . I am giving 5 stars on all aspects viz; management , patients treatments , respects to everybody across the board , cleanliness , food to patient and in cafeteria . Above all the only PAPERLESS organization in Pakistan to the best of my knowledge.This review is inclusive of both female patients between 50-60 ages who has gone through Knee Replacement surgeries . The best hospital I ever experienced with not only absolutely fee of cost services but for their staffs kind behavior, clean and well-built environment and standards of treatment. Their OPD is limited with number of patients so you must come early in the morning to get registered. Emergency services are 24 hours and not limited like OPD.

(Its my personal experience twice)
