Pathetic online system. Kindly shut it off as it is of no use to us. I m supposed to get 1 out of 5 reports on 17th, 2 reports on 20th and remaining 2 reports on 21st. I m trying online since 17th to get 1 of my report and show it to my dr as i m out of city and in touch wid my dr thru phone who is leaving today for international tour but he cannot diagnose and start medication widout reports. Thanks to such stone age syatem due to that i have to suffer. Its 20th now and 3 reports are shown as reported but download is not available. Whyyyy? What is the use of this fake technology then! This particular profession needs lits of responsible attitude and care with love to help mankind. Stop playing with humans u never know what 1 is going thru!They r super busy to pick up the phone and highly illetrate to accept their fault and console with the sufferer!

First, they never, NEVER pick up your call although at times youll find their number busy but once they are available again, theyl let it ring forever! Then if you go there for some special tests, youll be informed to come taking a prior appointment. Now if a person is sick and has to go himself for test, then how on earth would he manage to make two visits and another for collection of report??? This is kind of unprofessional behaviour. I kept on calling for 2 weeks and today when I physically went to get the info and appointment, they simply said this test is done in the main near Mosimiyat university road.

This place was was not clean. This place was not centrally air conditioned. Tap on the basin were broken. Security guard helped us the close the tap. Though test charges were nominal and we not had to wait long for our turn to make the payment and get the blood test done. To be very honest I didnt not like going there.

99 percent medical tests are available in very low price then others with latest equipment and machines. Customer service facility is low

The staff of blood collection is really pethatic and inexperince they dont know how to find veins damaged my mothers vein while collecting blood please try to recruit professional staff.

Reliable lab in the town

Lab tests are reliable. Tests rate are cheap. But you have to go early in the morning (7.30 am - 8.30) to get a ticket / token for your tests. And dont forget to bring with yourself doctors recommended prescription for that test.
