Hospital is good. Nice doctors in OPD. Parking is bit issue sometimes valet parking available.

One of the worst patient care and incompetent medical staff. They target to rip off the patient to maximum possible degree. Fake bills and very difficult refund process once they charge the advance upon in patient admission. I am a recent victim and was able to get rid paying hefty amount for few hours of basic and incomplete treatment of patient. Highly not recommend for any kind of medical treatment. Please stay away from this hospital any COVID or non covid treatment.

Honestly speaking best hospital in K Town my father was covid positive as we went to many other hospitals but they couldnt treat him well but when we went to Hill park general hospital Dr Zafar farooqi who treated my father and gave him the best treatment and Alhumdulilah my father go covid negative and recovered..

PLS DONT BRING YOUR PATIENTS HERE. LACK OF STAFF, IF YOU NEED STAFF HELP THEY WILL COME TO ATTEND YOU MINIMUM AFTER HALF AN HOUR, AND IMAGINE, A HOSPITAL THAT DOES NOT SUPPLY TOWEL TO A PATIENT. I WOULD CATEGORISE IT WORSE THEN A GOVT HOSPITAL BECAUSE YOU ARE SPENDING A HUGE AMOUNT FOR YOUR PATIENT.

From normal rooms to even executive ones,air conditioners not working at all. Patients facing severe problems because of that. Untrained nursing staff unable to inject cannulas in repeated tries, causing more pain to patients.Would strongely advise against choosing this hospital.

Poor hospital, worst for people getting admitted. Third class rooms with sky rocketting charges (8000 per day for a non AC room where they dont have even soap in wash room, washroom not proper, poor rooms overall which you cant even choose to stay in normal conditions. Besides no difference between nursing staff and maids. Ill mannered staff including duty doctors. I cant say more then while collar criminals. Doctors admit pateints for giving paracetamol injections, x rays and normal blood test can you imagine no where is in the world any person is admitted for these silly stuff.

A caring hospital

Never go there for childs delivery. Staff is highly unprofessional who keep asking for money and gifts. There is no nursery and specialist nursing staff. Youll need to make arrangements of feeding, changing diapers and clothing yourself. Plus dr. Khusroo sultana and her staff is the icing on the cake. They want their payment settled right after birth in CASH even if youre admitted to the hospital. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Went there to consult with a doctor consultant, named Ayesha Sarwat yesterday! Well, IDK how to put it, but you decide for yourself: constant yawning while I am in need of attention, more attention towards the ticking clock rather than counseling me and in the end didnt even had the dignity being a psychiatrist, let alone a human being, to explain a few last questions I had about the prescription she had finished up writing hastily. Insisting constantly to leave because she had other patients waiting in line, had she implied other customers, that wouldve made more sense!A total disgrace for the Noble profession of a doctor and would humbly urge Hill Park Hospital administration to look into the matter!

In-competent staff, especially administrator, a person called Haris, does not have basic manners and attiquets required for such position۔Hospital lacks emergency facilities to cater to the needs of patients. Poor Hygiene. I would not even give one star ranking if there is an option to give zero۔Third class hospital, third class administrator.

Rooms are dirty no ac working medical instrument not working no response from administration per day room charged 12000 to 18000 no services provided very bad experiance and also there was three lifts but not working shame to administrator

Parking is scarce at this hospital, especially during evenings. While their OPD is okay, the staff designated to AC and private/semi-private rooms is extremely incompetent and uncooperative. The hygiene in private rooms is worse than some government hospitals and any facilities are sub par. Despite all of that their prices are on par with hospitals that provide much better care.Skip this hospital with extreme prejudice if youre visiting for anything other than OPD.

Not one of the better hospitals in Karachi. This was started a long time ago...but due to many reasons this did not flourish well in catering health needs. Most people Ive took opinions from say that they are really disappointed here. The main issue behind this is its not backed up by many of the front line doctors. They have a full board of speciality doctors but these arent present. Personal experience they arent equipped enough or have the strength of a very good Staff. Thumbs down.

If i could have an option to put ZERO star will do that... mezzanine floor waiting lounge only 4 fans for 40+ people.Not a single AC is working or may be its a trend of cost cutting.Charging huge amount for single visit still no facilities provided to patients.Admin should have to look into this matter.(Its like local road side clinic)
