Worst customer service. The entire process is messed up. Your order can be screwed from the moment you click (payment issues) up until the time you receive it (empty packages). The worst part is the customer support. God help you with these incompetent folks if ever your order is messed up

Highly disgusted that I have to write stuff on maps now ... Every professional corporation has a simple one click option to unsubscribe but nope daraz wont let you unsubscribe from their mails even if you follow the million steps to unsubscribe ... Then I sent over 25 emails ... Finally had my account deactivated on March 03 because they would not stop spamming me with their rubbish promotions and apparently even deactivating and account does not get you of their email list... HI IF ANYONE IS READING THIS GET ME OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM!!!

Do not deposit (Topup) Daraz wallet specially for Bill Payments. I tried to pay my bill for which I topup my wallet with Rs.12000 and the payment didnt go through also they disabled my wallet for any further transactions.Later the agent told me that you cant pay bills with the wallet amount. Wallet is for shopping only. And now I am left with no options, as they will not even refund me my moneyVery Bad Experience with Daraz Wallet.Will surely complaint about this to relevant authorities.

SCAM ALERT!!So this has probably happened the 4th or 5th time after which I am writing this review. I shall attach pictures of what I ordered and what I received to best explain how this business is an absolute scam!The first picture shows the product I ordered and the second and third shows how these people fool you time and again! And their customer service is even worse than their products as they would request you to go through a long process to make returns. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!

Poor quality. Bunch of scammers. Two times it has happened to me. First time I thought it could just be by mistake. This is what they do:If you ever purchase electronic products from them above 10k. It is likely they will send you a defective one (they usually offer discount on such electronic items). Once you lodge complain and send them the product back their quality inspection would mark it as working/perfect and wont listen to you at all and would misbehave if you try to explain. They even wont allow you to visit their site. Idk its them or their quality control team. But I will never buy from them nor will let any one buy from them. Losers!They need to realize what customers can do when you try to victimize them.

Very poor customer care when you say you have all proof of fraud even the seller did fraud with daraz and making there name bad and i was their reliable customer they can check my status and past history but they didnt help you what a joke never recommend others. An item which was to be delivered end of October never arrived. Daraz customer support is about the worst. They keep sending mails and messages but no resolution. I have asked for a refund from Daraz and Suppliers but no response from either. The Daraz management really need to lift their games, if you abuse customer trust, it’s down a very slippery slope

I loved Daraz before they changed their website. Hopefully they go back to their quick delivery system and ordering as before. The tracking information doesn’t work. Previously their turnaround time was 1-2 working days. Now you can order and hope that they deliver in 10 days if not more.Please fix this Daraz. Ever since they have been bought out, their CS has gone down considerably. Waiting for a competitor to arrive and make them fix their system.

Daraz is a large online retail store in Pakistan. Their services are good. Their customer services are responsive. On the other hand they offer you discount coupons but you need to be vigilant as you can not use these coupons on all products. Its just their marketing strategy!

Since they improve their mobile app version, they are getting more worse than ever. They allowed every cottage factory or shop to sell their garbage /fake products at this platform. The product description is either wrong or incomplete which mislead the customers. The prices are not competitive with market but very high in some cases. They support Sellers and not the customers because of just 7 days return policy if your product get in to faulty condition after seven days (because it was a faulty product already). I am getting disappointed with Daraz day by day.

Pathetic!!! They dont even send the same product that is ordered and carelessly send whatever the similar product they have, its like i want a blue marker but they just send me red Cuz they have it. I never ever post such comments anywhere, but this has consistently been happening with me with most of my orders, and then they ask you to visit their warehouse to return. I was giving benefit of doubt up till now, but consecutive mistakes are not mistakes. I can share my order details if required

All their customer service team has in their arsenal is some canned responses, I have been trying an update on an order for past 4 days and all I have been getting is That our resolution team will contact you and a case number, the resolution team doesnt seem to have enough time to resolve issues so they dont bother.. overall experience DISAPPOINTED.

Daraz is a complete scam !!!! Never Buy expensive items on that website. there there is a 50/50 chance that you will get scammed. i got scammed out of a 23000 TV on there website. I bought a TV on daraz that was delivered damaged so i returned the TV . Daraz took the TV and my money it has been a month and they and i am starting a social media campaign to stop these thieves ..

First experience was the worst experience. Bought few books from Daraz Sold by Islamic Books & Stationers (Attock) - when the items arrived Rs 800 worth of books missing from the package. These guys dont seem to have any care for customer service and quality and send whatever they wish. Never buying anything from them again.

I have been visiting their office almost every day since past 1 year as a consultant with my team. Been worked at both 2nd and 12th floor offices. The views from 12th floor office are spectacular, overall office decor is quite good, a fast paced work environment. Tower building is internally connected to the dolmen mall food court level, gives you plenty of choices for the dining.

This used to my shopping hub. Their services dropped significantly.I received my order after 2 weeks and after opening it’s not the item I actually ordered.What more worse can we expect?Extremely disappointing.

The worst experience Ive had in any online retail, purchased a product on their big friday sale, it was damaged hence filed a return, its been 2 months and nobody has shown up to pick up the appliance. Google doesnt allow otherwise I wouldnt even had rated them with 1 would have given a straight negative rating.
