I think me a J. matches the same frequency. Im surprised to receive such a cold attitude at Hyderi 5 Star branch for the first time in my life. We entered the shop at 9:20 and went straight to the 2nd floor to see some pret suits for our daughters. Suddenly a salesman asked us to leave as it was around 9:30 and they cannot process further bills. I asked him to be reasonable and let me understand why they even allowed us to enter the shop if they cannot process the bills? He was blank but he refused to feel the mistake. However, I met his branch manager downstairs, asked him the same and he allowed us to carry on with the shopping. We bought two suits and the branch manager has apologised and said he will review the policy.The point is, communication gap between branch managers and sales staff can ruin the brand image.Im in to retail operations for the past 15 years and I know how important it is to groom your front soldiers.

Never go there when sale is on staff are not prepared for crowd and mismanagement is on peak, I wanted to buy perfume after buying a suit but no one bother to guide.
