For the high prices that they are charging, their goods are not up to the mark, nor is their service. They have a 15 day exchange policy, which is not bad but get this - products with manufacturing defects cant be exchanged after 30 days! And that too, is at their discretion!I once bought leather shoes from them. Put them in storage for a few weeks and all the leather - and i mean ALL of it - cracked. Right next to another brands pair that has been in storage for over 12 months without any problems! No return, no exchange.Just 6-12 months in, their Power brand shoes start begging you to toss them into the trash. The soles come apart and the rest of the shoe simply tears up. Glue cant save that kind of damage.Ill give them one thing though. Their regular rubber slippers are petty comfy, and last a long time. All at reasonable prices. Their socks arent too bad or expensive either. The shop is pretty spacious (its got two stories) and they have plenty of seating and walking space to try shoes on.

Wrost experience crapy customer service only had two staff and on first floor had to wait very long till sales guy comes up. I went down to ask the counter guy to send salesman but he gave a dam to what i said never visit this branch sheer waste of time.
