Pretty average as most supermarkets go and definitely below average if compared against other branches of Imtiaz. Limited options. Restocking problems. NO parking. Always a counter or two closed. Didnt like it.

Imtiaz -Malir Cantt is finely placed within the limits of Cantonment area .. it is spacious and serve the purpose of home needs and its well worth visiting the nice convenient Store for family and people serving the Armed forces .. the parking for the vehicles seems to have well taken care by the Administration .. the tree around the place seems quite good with well with shades around ..

Well, due to the excess customer flow, Imtiaz is unable to manage the stock. Most of the time, theyre out of stock for some basic items. Overall Imtiaz is a big hit for Malir Cantt.

IMTIAZ needs to work on few basic things.1. The sales boys and girls needs training as to how to talk to customers.2. The sales person need to know the location of items when are asked by the customer.3. The price tags are missing most of the times from counters, wrongly placed or not updated.4. At both end of counters bar readers be place to find out the price.5. The lady at vegetables/fruit counter who weighed and tags the price is slow and very lethargic.6. The shoppers at the fruit/vegetables stands are very thin.7. The workers are not wearing masks.8. People are allowed to enter in store without mask.9. At the check out counters most of the conveyers are not working and it waste time.I have conveyed these things to different people at the store who are willing to listen but so far no change.

Perhaps this is the best of Imtiaz stores in Karachi. There is 5 percent discount for army personnel.The same should be for everyone else as well.

Poonum gram masalas pulses infact all poonum products are below standard mostly with fungus and expired but expiry dates show they are not. Heinz and kraft products are not available same with battery cells. Your fish counter is horrible.

Its really comfortable here to buy groceries. Almost everything you need in your kitchen is available here. It also has a pharmacy.

They should sell things at wholesale prices because at other branches of imtiaz thing are at wholesale prices,and one other thing that the vegetable section is very congested they should make the vegetable section bigger.

Imtiaz Super Market has made grocery shopping so easy and enjoyable. Now i dont need to go anywhere outside Malir Cantt. Prices are affordable. Great experience overall.
