Visited FHS by hub couple of months agao and bought these blue shoes at full price, 2 months later this is how they look,went to the store for assistance/claim and they actually accused me that i mishandled them used a chemical on them and talked so rudely with 0 respect ,cant even imagine how badly customers are treated in pakistan shame on hub and its team for such a disappointing experience

Good products and helpful staff

Bought a wallet from HUB dolmen mall, the sales man told me it pure leather but the skin of pure leather started to peel of within a week. Went back for the claim and the guy tells me, we will process the complaint and our management will decide. Meanwhile he gave me a plastic bag to keep my valuables. Cant believe that. I have to carry my cards, cash in a plastic bag, until the honorable management decides, and given this experience GOD knows what they decide. Seriously, I dont give a damn! The mosy Pathetic brand I have ever been to. They charge for premium but give you substandard product.I would advise against buying anything.
