The greatest government office I have been to . Fast service , short line , clean and most of all air conditionin . I know the rates are a bit high then the other ones but its worth it and dont forget you are hearing this from me , a person who always try to save money. On the 1st of July I went there for smart card & on the 4th July I had it in my hand .

Nadra Centre at Society Office roundabout is a better Nadra centre to get your ID card. It is air conditioned and has good seating arrangements for ladies and gentsUsually you have to spend quite some time here to get your credentials checked.The staff is not very cooperative but since its cool you can withstand the pressure. There are parking issues here

I went to this place for NIC renewal, New NIC issuance & amendment in Bay form. It took less then one hour to finish it. Very professional, polite & helpful staff. Excellent Service - Well done NADRA !!!

Excellent service provided by them. We ve visited this office more than 3 times for renewal of cnic and new smart card, B form. All guidelines are stated in front of their office. Sms also received once your desired document is ready by NADRA. You can also change the addresses by submitting relevant documents. Queue system adopted here for gents and ladies. Information counter also available for different queries. Ladies seperate queue.

Too crowded

Visited today.Just in half full room kind of box gets suffocated no air condition, No Fans, Long Que for token. Though service was an average.The manager was a lady and she was rude and harsh with customer.In simple words our system is far behind.
