Some how terrific.

This place used to look haunted from inside around 2016-2017, but they have done a lot of maintenance work in the past 2 years and it looks better now. There is still room for improvement though.

The place whenever I went Karachi I visited

A Multi-Storey Plaza, offering premises for work under the safe environment with unhygienic atmosphere. The management need to focus on the plazas maintenance as lifts are not working properly also pan & gutka stains are visible everywhere because Eventually its a business plaza.

An average building not for corporate office and there is no CAR PARKING

Some people might feel slightly dizzy when the restaurant revolves. Even though, most of the time, you cannot feel the movement, there are some points in its cycle when the floor wobbles more, at which point you definitely feel your stomach become a wee bit queasy. :)

Lots of offices...mostly call centres...8th floor is haunted....lifts are not very good...view from our office is so good, we can see the whole Sharea Faisal and beyond....and from the other side Quid-e-Azams Mausoleum and beyond....if the management can work on lifts it is going to be very good building...Manage have newly painted the building. Building is one of the oldest buildings in the town this building had the first ever revolving restaurant in the building... The only thing now is cleanliness.. there is lack of cleanliness in this building now.....

Good plaza for private officds

Its National IT park building. Initially build dedicatedly for IT industry, but due to lack of attention building is not that much cared and outer side looks like vintage building. Mostly office belong to IT business but other trade businesses are also there in it. The building is too high just needs attention from management to groom.

Poorly built and run, i work at the only decent office there known as NIST, the parking outside here is awful, on top of that there are a few men who insist on parking your car for you and they are not goverment or building employed. They ask for money to do it and they have no licences what so ever. Ontop of that if you happen to park anywhere they will pester you untill you are forced to give them your car keys.

Considering its locality youd assume it to be well maintained.But no. And the parking on the service road costs Rs.30 for bikers and Rs.50 for cars.

I dont work there I just went inside for a meeting I would say not that clean from inside specially stairs area and floors lobby but yes elevators are in quantity and in good shape.more important no handicap entrance there.

It have offices of many software houses and IT related companies. Once MovenPick was also on the top floor of this building but now Movenpick move adjacent to PC Hotel near PIDC Building.
