Visited at around 8pm after no one picked up the call. The lady refused to take samples. It was so unprofessional. But you can get your reports printed.

All staff are well educated and cooperative I have had good experience..

Went in today at 5 PM with my MiL and SiL. The staff decided it was appropriate to introduce us to the charity service, just because all three of us were in religious garb. A bit of training on how-not-to-be-judgemental would go a long way.
