Today me and my friend diya khan diya also had a worst experience of visiting Dr.Najia Ashraf(Dermatologist).First she asked my friend about her problem and what had she treated for her acne.my friend sincerely answered that she had not visited any dr previously its her frst time.dr was constantly insisting her about what she did for acne.my friend said that she only used natural home remedies and the dr suddendly started shouting like a mad on her.Then on my turn first she asked me about my problem n my history consultancy to any dr..and as i said about dr batool she again started yelling that these all drs specialy dr batool n dr khuram are bloody fools,neem hakim.she was constantly using the word PAKHANDI (seriously even i dnt knw what does it mean) for all the drs and i was like what kind of language is she using about any one.What does she think about herself ! well i have seen first time in my life such an ill-mannered so called doctor.Any ways after tattling so much she gave me a prescription for about 50 different ointments/facewashes and 10 different tests sorry to say for a while i felt like i m a t.b r cancer patient.ASTAGHFIRULLAH.Than she called me to visit after 30 days and said if you will delay 30 days to 31 than dont come to visit me again.such a pathetic behaviour she had.I regret, if i had given that fee to any needy it could be more better than that non-sensePlease i beg who ever wants or planing to visit her please for god sake.give that money and time to some needy it would rather be better than visiting her.A big NO to visit or recomend her to anyone

The only issue is there is parking space available. Management is least bother about their patients on this issue. once there was Valley parking was available but now it is also removed.

Very Bad Experience With NMC.Experience with Dr Najia Asraf was the worst ever my Family had. She keeps telling how she is here and what it takes to be a doctor like that blablabla..... and she keeps her voice tone high as she is shouting.... What the hell.Why the patient here she doesnt listen or care... !I think doctor you need a psychiatrist for your self or its a time for you retire.

WARNING - Please choose your doctors carefully, doctors here hide the truth about their own mistakes. the surgeons here are not professional they gave me bad stitching and ultrasound department Dr. Hid the truth about surgical problems I had I am still going through stress of finding. They hide because they want the blame to be on their Dr.s or team.I am telling you, your going to be paying high for not finding the truth. Especially after surgery for 1 month they kept telling me you are fine there is no problem the Dr. Told me to get pelvic ultrasound and other tests but she didnt get my whole abdomen ultrasound. And the main problem was addressed by another hospital.Please save your self from making the mistake of getting operation here.Especially gynaecologist here will not tell you the real truth they keep telling you are fine and later from different hospital I found the problems they hid.

The most senseless butchers are found in NMC. Except Dr Khalida Nasreen no one is capable and sensible to treat their patients. They are just there to make money. Urologist Dr. Ishrat Saleem sb asked my father for CT scan to locate a kidney stone. But 2 weeks later he again asked for CT scan. But it is criminal to have two consecutive CT scans unless there is a gap of three months coz of the exposure of dangerous radiations. I wonder how senseless he is to endanger lives of his patients.

I went to see a doctor Dr. Khalidah Khanum today and she just gave me hardly 3 minutes. She was too fast to tell everything and too rude to ask questions. Before I could ask anything from her and tell her somethings I wanted to discuss she was already gone in the other room. I could hardly say a 1 complete sentence to her. I waited there for a few minutes and the secretary send the other patient inside. Very high fee for 3 mins consultation. Not recommended.

The hospital is located on the main road in Defense. Very good hospital. I came here to a kidney doctor, Dr. Osmani. With the help of Dr. Osmani, treat our patient. Dr. Osmani is a very kind man.But gynecologist Dr. Nabila Saifi has no position to talk to her patient. The patient does not feel well. It is important to speak affectionately to the patient so that the patients heart can be restored.4 stars for this hospital due to nephrologist. And one star count down for gynecologist behavior.

A well known hospital in the Karachi. Have a good facilities including latest equipment s. But very rushy. One must have appointment or get prior information before to go for out door consultation. A well equipped lab is there.This is little bit expensive but caring. Have very good child specialist.

Great Hospital, Excellent Neouro Surgeon Dr Junaid Ashraf.. one of the great surgeon of neuro at NMC Karachi.. well motivated me, friendly surgeon before my spinal L4 L5 S1 surgery giving me good motivation and after surgery Excellent responses and on discharge again giving motivation n medicines treatments and instructions on call & WhatsApp .. after 7days of followup and same responses on 7days followup.. am happy now and recommended dr junaid ashraf and NMC to all friends family choose this doctor n NMC. One of the best hospitals in Karachi. Small but has everything from a full blown Accident and Emergency to in patient and consulting clinics. They have some of the best doctors and staff available and the basement level houses the radiology/lab and the physio/chiro clinics. The ICU is well equipped and they can manage almost all kinds of patients. The theatre is great. Sometimes there are long waiting periods for Out patient clinics as they have a huge turnover. Two thumbs up from my side!.

I wanted to see dr Khalda khanam and was give number 32 and asked to come at 4:30. When I got there at 4:30, it was number 15 that was in the doctors clinic. So I asked when would I get my turn and was told soon. At 6:15 number 22 went in. I was with Roza also.I spoke to the admin and they told me that the doctors orders are to give 10 numbers in one hour. That is 6 minutes for one patient and the doctor fee is 2500 RS. I left after a huge argument without seeing the doctor. Very unethical administration and doctors.

This hospital just cares about making money. I went to dr tariq almost 7 months ago because i was having loose stools problem. My sister went to dr. sajid because she was having a fever. Both of us almost had to pay 10k to these guys because of their tests and everything. With their prescription i got more sick and so did my sister. She is now having stomach pain and vomitting. They only care about making money.

If i have an option to give comments without giving star literally i couldnt give even a single star,Top of the top worst administration and admission department. Non serious nd non professional staff is working in NMC,I have asked me to admit on 1st August for surgery, I met the doctor as well as admission department for the admission , my operation was to be held on 1st August and still admission was not done and the Admission staff members disconnect my call by making a new excuse on every call. I want to know is this the way to treat the patients at the National Medical Center ?

Good service but so expensive

The psychiatrist is so pathetic, he kept giving me dates after analyzing me for 10 minutes. Waste of time and money. Not helpful at all. Who goes to a psych for 10 minutes? He didnt even listen to all my problems and wrote up a prescription for strong medication which when I handed to another doctor said not to take them because they would have bad long term effects on me.

Nice hospital but expensive for middle class peoples . if you having medical insurance then its better to admit here other wise Dr, fees are high and Security staff is not very cooperative .very rushy place . Inside all facilities available . Prayer area also availlable .over all 7/10 rating .

I had a very bad experience with Dr Lubna Kamani (gastroenterologist)she was using her mobile the whole time during the consultation and gave very less attention to me. She gave me 4 unnecessary tests to do and treated me as if she is diagnosing me for free,very careless attitude . I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. Save ur time and money, don’t go to her!

I visited last time on Thursday 4th of January 2018. Where I find very very good Hospital situated at DHA. In this Hospital we found Special Treatment for Adults. Pretty High Price but theyre treating very well specially my Uncle which came here for Angiography.Staff also nice here you found cooperative staff here.Pharmacy is also good in the hospital.Cardiology departments equiped with almost all type of Modern Machinery.I appreciate the effort which done by staff which made Hospital Great.I suggest every adult who suffer from Heart Disease come here to recover quickly instead of runing here n there far places from Karachi.I wish all hospital Best of Luck

A small hospital. Usually crowded. Reasonable care. Very limited parking.

No Doubts this Hospital has its name.... but would you believe that It has policy like if you havent visited OPD within 3 months then you have to pay some additional fees... Its like you r paying NMC OPD for not falling sick ... Im literally annoyed by this kind of policy ... Thanks

Offer good services for a GOOD fee.If you are in a emergency situation, its advised not to prefer NMC. Go for an other nearby hospital. They dont treat people well under an emergency situation.

For a hospital located bang in the heart of middle to upper class section of south of the city and charging substantial amount of money (equal or more than AKUH, LNH) for its OPD, consultancy, charges... it paints a pretty sorry picture. The corridors are tacky, unhygienic and short of space. Customer support very average and not that great as far as the qualified and credible consultants are concerned.

Dirty hospital, no infection control, rude staff, feels like a government hospital, do not let you inside icu, relatives treated like criminals in this place

Parking is the major issue here. Medical facilities are good but it puts a heavy dent on your pocket
