That is supposed to be one place which is open for longer hours for takeaways during pandemic lockdowns which is great..On a different note, do people even try something else in KFC menu, it seems like everyone goes there for their family deals.. Their Kentucky is maybe one of the best burgers I have tried in Pakistan..

The taste and ambience is not the same anymore.Poor Customer ServiceQuality isn’t same anymore of mighty zinger or any other burger.At times not even fresh.I used to go to this place since my childhood but now its not the same.This branch smells at times and Ac’s are not even working.

Not trustworthy check your Bills and orders yourself before you leave ..they keep thing or two ..and handover incomplete orders and when once you leave the place no use of going back and complain. BUT DONT TRUST THEM.

Thai sweet wings for 390/- definitely a worthy deal. KFC shoud think on serving drinks in glasses intead of bottles here in this branch.

By far the best outlet in Karachi; both in terms of cleanliness and staff attitude. Good fresh meals served with courtesy and care. Very encouraging for a next visit

Worst KFC to be in, to be honest, no quality at all, the staff is stubborn on their mistakes, and food can be kept under display compartment in controlled temperature for up to 90 minutes as per their policy, which makes it soft and and dry. Always check if they actually put that slice of cheese in the burger, after you pay for it.

It is good place. The food is spicy and fresh but it is a bit oily. Need a little more work on oily food ️

Do not get me wrong, I still love KFC. But this specific branch has been facing some hardships for the past few years, and things have so far remained the same. There is no sign of improvement, the orders are held up for half an hour and then you are served with cold chicken pieces. The guy at the counter says they will serve us at the table and then 30 minutes later when you ask where your order is, the dude says Sir you need to collect it on your own

I have always regretted having KFC. Chickens always too oily and portions have shrunk down to kiddy meal size. Word of advice, avoid the boneless box.

Very courteous and welcoming staff. Very cooperative and good ambience. Giving it 4 star due to a very small playing area. Wish they had a bigger playing area. But due to lack of space the playing they have managed is commendable. Great job by entire KFC team for making it an ambient environment for families.

Worst experience I ever had on a big brand fast food chain. The cashier was such a cheat he took Rs 1000 extra. When I enquired about the bill and food items - he though returned the money but like he was doing some kind of Ihsan on me. The supervisor was also supporting the cashier saying: At times we pay extra to the clients - Seriously? WTH. Is it our nature or our climate everything gets corrupted when it comes to Pakistan. #Thinking

This place has good seating and a play area for children too if you have toddlers I am sure they will enjoy that small fun area. Moreover food is served fresh and the staff is very co-operative

Just stopped over for a quick lunch. Got a kids meal and a wow meal. The sales man forgot to give the drink in the kids meal. All the way had to go back inside to get it. Make sure before leaving the counter.
