The store has spare parts you can buy from. The service center has the workshop right there so you can take your item and theyll take it in, give a receipt for it. The staff is professional and I was impressed by what Ive seen so far

If you own any appliance from Dawlance, then you should be visiting this center for service and repairs. Very well trained staff at this center.

The reason for rating them low is not the place but the really disappointed customer care. Although is a very long painful story but the outcome is that they are not able to handle their own products and after continuous six month interventions and charging for the replaced bearing of their automatic washing machine, they recommend to buy a new one declaring the existing un repairable ( although it was only 6 years and slightly used). Therefore highly suggest to avoid DAWLANCE products
