Return processed under a minute. I took return printout. Not a single question was asked. Just took the product and handed a receipt. Very professional. Never looks like a shop from developing country when customer haggles with the shopkeeper why u are returning. Very professional. Can be a bit cleaner though.

Senseless staff, I had my handkerchief on my face, still the staff didnt entertain me and said you have to wear a mask and handkerchief wont do, a surgical mask is wayyy worse than a cotton handkerchief, the handkerchief serves the same purpose, but they said we need you to wear a mask, I had to go a buy a mask just so that I could ship a package. Very bad experience, very unfriendly staff, rude and misbehaving. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there unless you have no other option.
