Have you ever been to a place which speaks to your heart, mind and soul in a way that no human has been able to? Such places, particularly such restaurants, feel like theyve been made just for you, due to its individualistic vibe. In my experience, there have been quite a few which have successfully grabbed my attention. One such restaurant is Castello. The first thing I observed (and fell in love with) was the playlist lighting up the whole place. They pl8 Byran Adams & Lady in Red, which attracted me like a moth to a fire.Then, when I regained my senses, I looked around to take in the environment. From the seating arrangement and decoration to the placement of plants and interior design, everything was sublime, well-organized and commendable. The perfect harmony of colours all around added to the aesthetic look of the restaurant.Lets come to the main (and the most essential) part: FOOD. They indeed did justice to this category. We started our meal with a Caesar Salad and Mushroom Al Granchio. Caesar Salad was, by far, the best salad I had ever had in Karachi. It was fresh, flavoursome and filling. Then, since I am on a diet, we asked them if they could customize our meals accordingly and, guess what? They were more than happy to cater to us, which made me a happy baby. For our main course, we had Chicken Roulade and Bistecca Verde & Grilled Jumbo Prawns. All of them were bursting with flavours, cooked to perfection and tasted heavenly. For dessert, we had bread pudding which had the perfect amount of sweetness and texture.Moreover, one would expect the prices to be sky-high due to the sizes of the portions and the quality of food. However, it was surprisingly affordable, which is definitely another plus point.To conclude, if someone were to ask me to rate this restaurant on a scale of 1-10, I would definitely give it a 100!

I went to Castello the other night with a few friends. The place is very well decorated. It gives a rather glitzy look.Staff was very well mannered, courteous and knew the menu very well and were very familiar with the dishes and it’s elements. That’s always a great help if you yourself are unfamiliar with foreign names.Food was prepared and served under 10 minutes and was very good, both visually and in taste.I would make a special mention of the retro 90’s and early 2000’s music being played. That was a unique touch and very well appreciated.Definitely a place to go!

Great ambience and decor. Food prices are a little high but it goes a decent value for the money you spend there. The staff is very helpful and I am honestly surprised more people havent tried it out yet. Great place to go if you want an upscale fine dining experience

This new place in Karachi is a must try! They have an exceptionally incredible staff. They are offering pure Italion cuisine. The environment is cozy and the interior of the restaurant is beautiful. But the prices are unreasonably high.

Ambiance/Service Food/serving: 7/10A little overpriced. Imo, Its good for first try but there are better places in Karachi than Castello.

Enjoyed a lovely meal. The warm shrimp salad was delicious. Cosy ambience and very courteous staff.

The food was excellent! We ordered mac and cheese, pepperoni pizza, red snapper and chicken roulade - everything was delicious. Ambience was good too.

The place has very nice vibe. The steak was amazing, would definitely visit again.
