Cant say about fees much but a friend of mine is really favouring this place.

They Are Just Making Only Making Money By Doing unnecessarily Tests, Staff Is unprofessional And Fees Is to Much High

I went there with my younger brother who is suffering from sciatica, i had his MRI and other reports, Dr Hasan Aziz charged us 4000 for fee only and asked us to get more then a dozen unnecessary tests from his own Lab located inside building which was costing me around 14000, He is just milking the patients without giving any remedy. I wont recommend anyone to consult him.
