Dr. Anjum Ara is no doubt an expert doctor, and hospital is also neat and clean, but when I visited the male washroom at first floor as on 7th September 2020, door cant be locked as doors of both washroom were out of order, and no liquid soap there to wash hands as you all very well know its pandemic too. In addition to that number nor name is called for assessment, patients who manage to reach near the nurse doing assessment, get it early and other patients still standing in the line and waiting for it. I complained to the reception and forwarded my message to the admin in-charge of this hospital but I have not heard anything from them till date.

Anjum Ara mostly do the scissor operation, she doesnt go for a normal delivery which is not good. I have seen all the cases by scissor.. hospital is good and clean, doctors are good specially pediatrician. Anjum Ara fee is Rs 800 and pediatrician fee are Rs 500. I have attached the image of delivery packages. My only concern is that they go for a operation even for a normal delivery... pharmacy discount is only 5% which should be atleast 10% staff needs to be more professional and better.

Great experience.fully satisfied with the doctors and nurses.They are giving good hospitality to there patient Mashah Allah.

Pathetic emergency staff. Non professional. Female staff Sara came after 50 mins dinner break and we have to wait as she is the only female in night to take blood sample.

Best hospital for women and childrens, specially for pregnant womens. Anjum Ara Hasan is best gynecologist of Hamdard Hospital, her fees is 800 OPD days are from monday to Saturday.

Pathetic overall experience. (Asking extra 350 rupees for birth certificate which was included in the package) no terms and conditions given.Completely untrained staff, no sense of customer handling. All of the staff only wants to complete their shift and go home. No sense of serving others. Please stay away from this, this is not a hospital but a money making institution. Very expensive for emergency or even a single injection. No proper schedule for Dr. Anjum Aras appointment even more than a hundred people visit her a day. Rooms are fine, far better than Mamji if you are admit but still consultants are too busy to give proper attention to their patients. Pathetic services at the main reception. One positive point is that they have ATM inside hospital which helps in emergency situations a lot.Appointments of Dr. Anjum should be scheduled properly within a limit.
