Irresponsible reception. Called on both numbers twice, no one is attending the call at the time of emergency, forcing us to drive to the hospital and ask the reception for a physician’s availability. Reception staff should be replaced with new staff immediately.

Hospital is over all good I would say, waiting room was quite comfortable hospital was clean and with solid atmosphere. All the Staff and Doctors were friendly except staff on the counter they should work on their tone and behavior with patient.Special thanks to the consultants and their team.

This is a very nice project from al khidmat group. This hospital run on trust bases. All types of spicelist facality provide there best counseltensy. counseltent fee is very low, the average fee is about 250 rupies. Doctors are very competent and profecinals. It have a pharmecy with discounted rates approx 15 ÷. Pasents comes from very far distance. Equipments and facilities for petenta are very good. and also staff is very coprative. There is 24 hrs emergency handling and give 24 hrs services. Administration of hospital is very hard working and menkind. They improve fecilities day by day and collect prays of poore peoples. The building presents a sample of state of the art, maintenance and housekeeping is cool. they give prefrence to both of them.

Doctor usually arrives late on their duties in the evening / night shift (1.5-2 Hrs is a normal). Receptionist doesnt cooperate with the patients regarding doctors arrival time and if you inquire them more than twice they will use security guards to threat you and stopping you to ask questions.
