Best hospital in old city karachi as welfare organization

Dont know about the hospital, but the receptionist there is really ill mannered. She doesnt know how to talk to anyone on phone. Really pathetic. Hopefully the hospital admin would look into this and please replace her with someone who can atleast talk decently on phone!!!!!
