The food was okay. The fries were too crisp, the burgers were good but have lost that special something that made Burger Shack initially famous. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the premises. I went with a couple of friends today in the afternoon and it was frankly a mess. The lights and air-conditioning were switched off and food items like the mayonnaise and ketchup etc were on the tables instead of being inside the kitchen. The sink for washing hands was filthy, the tables were oily, the sofas had so many stains of every variety that they looked as if theyd been used for having sex on instead of sitting. I wish Id taken photos to show everyone what Im talking about.Please improve your standards for cleanliness, TBS.

Outlit is good, good quality is also good and waiter service is also very good.Now the best part was they know how to retain their customer.I enjoyed my time despite the fact generator breakdown was the only faulty issue.

Burger shake has lost his taste and there was no cleanliness in shop (shaheed e millat). I would not give you recommend to go Burger shake

Being an all time fan of Burgershack, I love their original burger but this branch (SMCHS) is not as good as others, the instructions to cut the burger in halves was not followed (and done roughly when asked again) the cheese sticks was not upto the mark, POS was not functioning (so we have to limit our order based on the available cash), staff need more training. The recently opened branch near Acacia club is the best one followed by LuckyOne branch.

I have always loved having burgers and Burger Shack makes one of the best in town if one compares it for quality vs value for money. My favourite is the roast beef and its classic. But a word of caution for others they make great burgers but everything else on the menu is not at all upto the mark. So stick to the burgers only which is their speciality.

Burger quality is getting worse, thinnest beef patties which means no burger feel - Staff was good and supportive. It used to be really good when they started! Wont try it again

I tried, Smoky, Philly & Chipotle in Beef and Chipotle Crunch burger in chicken. The food is good and has taste that too at a reasonable price. I also tried their Tangy fries and Loaded fries, they both were very less in quantity and their taste was average like any other fries from the cart. The ambiance is average, very few tables and the air conditioner was not upto the mark. Gave them 3/5 just because of their fries and ambiance.

Justified value of money and most fresh and juciest burger patties.

Disappointed..There burgers are shrinker and mint lemonade was very tanger, I had to dispose it whole.

I used to order regularly from TBS, their ingredients were always fresh and their buns had this unique buttery flavour. But since a few months their flavours and buns have not been the same - Tastes less original now.

There is a SavYour Discount sticker on the main door and when I asked for the discount at the counter, the representative simply refused to give any discounts and made fake excuses for it. On top of it, the burger was not that great and the meat was blend; the absence of so-called charcoal.. Not the best of experiences I had!

Bad ambience, their ACs werent working. Bad waiter service, they dont comply to requests like serving particular items before others. They were also out of supplies. Watch out for pieces of plastic in their slush drinks. The only thing ok was the burger.

Good burgers and have different varieties of fries and burgers which are not all different from the other burger joints. But there is a price difference which makes this a better option.

Burgers quality, quantity and price are good but sitting area was terrible, full of smoke and it was litterly hard to have food there. One of our family members had serious eye issue due to smoke

Ordered roast beef and regretted on first bite. More bbq sauce than beef, which was of low quality as well and poorly marinated. Would definitely not recommend

The staff was unprofessional, qurelling amongst themselves, and served the burgers half an hour late though we were the only ones there. The chicken burgers we ordered were horrendous and oily. They were barely eatable. Overall an abysmal experience and waste of money
