I went there to join the gym but it was a big disappointment, because gym condition was not the way it shoud be.. specially the ladies area of gym was pathetic and like khandar(dark dusty) place..it was a big disappointment. It was not motivated environment at all.

This Gym is under renovation.Area is big covering whole 1st floor. Seperate portions for ladies and gyms.Its located on main Sindhi Muslim Society Road connecting Sharea Faisel to Tariq Road passing thru Sharea Qaedeen. Very close to famous Bilal shop selling all kinds of Fitness equipment and accessories. Known Gym in locality.

Love this gym, morning timings are the best. Equipment is top notch and staff is good as well.

You can find almost all the equipments for an ideal gym but hardly able to use just because of number of members are waiting to use them. Very crowded. Btw great trainers especially fahad.

This gym has all the facilities for fitness and is highly equipped with good quality machines and workout pulleys

Gym is fine in the winter when it is cool, other than that the place is badly ventilated. They installed ACs some time ago, but they are not enough to cope with the needs of a gym. The machines are good, The trainers are excellent and the management is sloppy.

Works for me... Almost all my favorite machines are here. Could use more free weights though

I recently joined, I found it a bit unappealing TBH, the lighting the music less atmosphere and still I found myself visiting the place again for my sessions, its not because Im compelled to But rather due to the fact the gym had a certain allure. Bring a built man myself I do enjoy the occasional trainer just to enjoy my time with someone backing me of someone o talk to while I train. If you live near the are and are look big for a gym Id TBH would encourage to go to this gym

They have good cardio, updated machines. If you want a trainer, they have suitable package for tht of 15k for 3 months. Trainer I got, he is good and active so far.

Having great experience and the staff is very cooperated. And last of all thanks to Adnan bhai(one of the trainers) who always motivates me in achieving my goal.

I used it for a short while, equipment is fine, ventilation issues are there specially in summers it smells awfully and worst thing is that you are not allowed to use treadmill for more than 10 minutes, so not worthy of recommendation.
