Nice place very good equipment. Cardio training is superb. But I only think that the trainer is a bit expensive as one must have an instructor in the beginning to get in rhythm. This is probably the best gym in the locality for starters but I still think that this is a tad bit expensive

International standard gym in Karachi

Visited the gym with my cousin.Staff doesnt seem to be friendly and meek.The receptionist didnt even bother to introduce himself and acknowledge us. Nether could he attend us well.Unable to show us the gym.Failed to explain their fee structure and sign up procedure.Its not a complete gym. As they have only focused on compound weight training equipment. Sadly lacking in that area too.Also the management doesnt provide any parking facility to its members.

The Gym is so good the instruments are also new ....and the environment of gym is good. The thing that I dont like that it is little expensive
