Great people out there in post office

If you have 10kg or above delivery items, please dont go, they have no packing materials ....

Most of the reviews on all GPOs are related to mismanaged customer services. Their staff behave very rudely and can be witnessed in almost all GPO branches. They have very good products than private courier companies along with affordable and economical rates. Their UMS takes just 2 days from KHI to ISB which is same as TCS but at lower rates.Suggestion: Just focus on customer services, thats all.

The worst place it took me four visits to post a letterDay 1 I was told that for int post visit in morning next day next day I was told to bring a copy of cnic with letter Third day it was closed at 12 when web site was showing its open I will try tomorrow

They have received the parcel but they do not deliver it to peoples homes. One has to visit them, then they will sort out the parcels from hundreds of parcels. And do all this very lazily. Dont know when government departments in this country will start working

Worst service of the world is Pakistan post. Bad customer service phone no. never works, the staff doesnt know how to behave. Bad. The postman always looking for customs duty on imported items. Bunch of thieves if you have ordered above 50$ forget about it, they will ask for 50% more customs duty on it. New Government needs to bulldoze these buildings and make it a professional institute.

No one in that office is friendly or professional in any way and they dont work after 3:30 pm though their official timing is 4 pm
