I went here for my daughters CNIC who is also disabled. The staff here is very cooperated and completed all process within just 15 minutes. I am thankful to all these staff who give respect to my sweet disabled daughter.

If people are to stand for a while at least extend the length of the shade and make a proper floor. But their work is amazing. Availability of Ac/Heater is present inside and ample amount of chairs and benches there. Staff there seems quite punctual and responsible to what they are doing and thats good to see.

As Google map says Open, I came here today on Saturday but It was closed, very poor information. Dont t believe on it

Worst experience. There people are so unethical, dont know how to deal with people. Google showing its a executive centre but its actually not. You have to stand for hours in queue for token even if you are paying 2500 for executive.

According to new SOP the applicants will not pay fee at the time of Token Issuance. Once the token is issued after initial verification, then people can present the fee and process application inside the office.Current fee for 45 days is 750/-, for 20 days is 1500/- and Urgent 7 to 10 days is 2500/- PKR

This branch is much better now, better management than before. It is improved now but government should look into it and make it even better for public

Nadra office but lack of official staff

This one is private one. There is another NADRA office about 1.5km towards race course ground near arham Ahmed marble, go there.This office dont allow you to sit in the waiting area. They dont allow you enter the office. Lines outside the office.

Careless staff. never trust them. Double check them ask questions there. Read filled form very carefully. Question all empty fields. I wasted 8700/- rupees for staff negligence. I had returned from UAE to Karachi. I had to travel to Riyadh and needed Id card for Saudi Arabia. The staff did mistake which I found upon receiving card that country of stay did not change from UAE to KSA. Instead, the new card nadra prepared again for UAE. I lost alot of time, n cant tell u how much I and my family is suffering, waiting for Attestations ...etc etc

Ac down. Fan dead. Lazy staff. You cant in even for information. After long cue you get in and then they will let you know the requirements. 1600 fee going where. God help the country.

The office has now moved to Syed village near race course.
