You have not allowed to enter and meet any authorized person. No one here to listen your requests we had a very bad experience although every k-electric office have same situation but i thought head office of k-electric will must listen and response us. But i was wrong. There is a window in which a person receive your applications or requests and he remember only these words come after 15 days

I have complained many times by calls on 118 and by emails on different places like customer care and bill complain from 3 months but not anyone wants to resolve my issue. Nice building with rip electricity rates

They have improved alot, now its much easier to get new electricity connection, not that much difficult like previously you had to submit whole bunch of documents. Thumbs up

Head office of K Electric formerly KESC is pretty clean and well managed structure along with huge parking lot whose roof top is equipped with solar panels. Buildings are equipped with high speed lifts and staff is very cooperative.

Doesnt look like a KE office from inside. Excellent interior decoration, proper guidance by guards, neat and tidy place. The senior executives room really looked like ones belonging to the C group.

K-Electric Head Office is a beautiful building located near Punjab Chowrangi at Gizri DHA Phase II Karachi. The electric supply to Karachi is controlled from this building.

You wont find officers on desk, even if you manage to submit your query they dont call you back you have to go and sit out side the office to catch your desire officer and when you catch them they wont do their job unless you promise to pay them a cash under the table
