Inverex 5Kva am using since long time, and every year getting 01 Fan lock Error, but Customer care of Inverex they are repair Charging Circuit every time and asking Rs5000/- for fixed the issue.at this time of Error there is no fault in Charging circuit side but they are liar and said we make a circuit to fix charging issue . as i ask please show me the circuit which you replace or repair or give it to me return the component which you replace ? they said its Company policy we cant show you any thing or cant give you any component which we replace.So please be-aware they are scamming with all customer dont trust Inverex Saddar Branch 2nd Floor .Am also planing to change the inverter .No happy with this company ...

I have bought 8.5 lac setup from inverex company in the first 2 months the 10kw inverter got problematic that took about 1 month to get rectified and it has not been even 7 months their whole safety got fried and instead of working on the solution suggesting that it is our fault because somebody has touched the system.I dont know why the hell we even touch a working system.i would also share photos of fried system which could be dangerous for your family.please make sure their after service is not at all helpful

I see a lot of negative reviews here. Most of these people dont know how to use a solar system correctly. Firstly, never get a 1kva inverter if your load is 1kva, get atleast 2x the max load. My load was 1kva-1.6kva max so I got the Aerox 3 3.2kW inverter. Its been over 6 months and its running perfectly. Secondly, I did the installation myself according to the full proper procedure. I dont know how Inverex installs it but Im guessing they say just one day so it must be a juggad, it took me several days. Lastly, never ever run loads that draw a starting current on these inverters. Non-inverter AC, water pump, larger motors will definatly fry your inverter at some point. You might think a 500w motor is fine to start on a 1kw inverter but when it first starts it draws over 10x the ratted current for a few milliseconds. That is a huge 5kw load on a 1kw inverter and even within milliseconds it will easily fry the MOSFETs and igbts inside. Please dont install a system if you dont fully understand it yourself, its not as simple as they make it seem. Inverex provides good quality panels and inverters but even they dont know how to install and use them properly. Serious lack of knowledge regarding solar in Pakistan.

It was my 2nd visit during a year. At my 1st visit the customer service was good. They delivered the inverter within time. But at my recent visit I found the change in the quality of after sales service. The staff was rude. Despite having my cell phone number with them they never contacted me to inform that the unit is ready for delivery. I contacted them daily about the status of my service request. Before taking back my inverter I requested to check it first since the workshop is in a congested area where car parking space is not available. The customer care officer refused to get it checked. Upon my insistance he he asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. I waited and he asked me few minutes later to check the equipment. I went in to the workshop and the technician showed me the test. I told him that now I am satisfied with the work. Upon this the customer care officer told me that I can record a video too. This shows how incapable he is for the job of a customer care officer. After this whole episode I recommend others to stay away from this place. Try other brands who have better products and good after sales service.

I am getting same error on this inverex solar inverter device 5Kva getting fan lock error 01 and company said need to remove this error we can charge Rs5000, they said clearly Fan changing and work in circute board, they are liar there is no board error its fan lock Error 01 ,but they are playing with clients and earn money from client every year ....I suggest Dont buy these fake devices

There inverters are good but they get malfunction real quick you never know how it happened and there repairing charges are very costly.

I went there for repair of my old unit. But it took two days to get it back. They are strict about timing for receiving and delivery of units... Better ask about timing to avoid hassle. I had my one visit in vain when I was late by about 15 minutes.

Worst company in terms of professional skills,You will loss all of your money if your purchased unit get defect.They have no electronic skills to repair nor do they sell components for their sold units.My purchased unit had manufacturing defect as its PCB had no conformal coating,Upon warranty claim their technician with skills of just tv/radio repairing, coated the PCB with nail polish.After fifth return I gave up, as they were not able to repair the unit nor are they ready to exchange/replace the unit with money difference.Kindly note, that my unit was even under warranty, but they shamelessly just issuing warranty repair card endlessly.

M Safeer Electronics shop in Cooperative market sold me Inverex Axpert King 3.2 kw solar inverter in 57,000 rs.After getting solar panel battery and Inverter installation. While giving Input via Light plug. Plug was getting burn. due to inproper nuetral wire installed in inverter.Due to which my inverter is not working in AC input. due to negligence of the installation team. i am facing this issue from last 4 days. Your team is unable to fix this issue from last 4 days.After few days they replaced my Inverter and gave me a brand new Inverter which also didnt lasted for more than 1 days. It got burned and smoke was all around my house.Then they got it repaired and installed at my house it was with fully damaged and had a lot of scratches on it.Its my 3nd inverter replacement and i am not fully satisfied with the service provided.My point is that they are selling Low quality and cheap inverters which doesnt last long and playing with our mind by giving us warranty. they have a long long queue in line. It gives an idea that every 2nd person is facing issue of faulty inverter. If you dont believe me you can visit inverex customer care. you will have an idea about the situation.If this is the quality and standard of Inverex. then i will never think about using Inverex Products. I will also promote this post on all social media forums if my issue doesnt get fixed soon.

Took me three trips with my inverter before they finally fixed it. First trip, it stopped working after 4 hours. Second trip it was working but the solar was giving like 30% output only. Third trip, they changed the MPPT and so far, its ok but its now out of warranty so dont know how long itll last

Non professional people running the company, worst after sale service but there is no other company in the market inverex enjoying monopoly.

After sale service is not good at all. Have had several rounds to their facility without any success to resolve the issue.
