The access road is very bad and surrounding valleys and localities are not safe

The encroachment on the road leading to Naya Nazimabad ( from Qalandria to its enterance ) makes it out of question for a peaceful quality living,,, otherwise within the colony its really awesome,,,

Very nice & well spaced out construction & well planned. Security is also appropriate considering childrens safety, they can easily play outside without much worrying. Morning & evening strolls are the best parts.

Love this place!! The road leading to this place is very very narrow and once the road ends the view of Naya Nazimabad is absolutely breathtaking!! Highly recommend!!

Naya Nazimabad! Good ambiance, tight security, fully guarded, houses are good, the locals living there are very respective. But where it is situated is not so good. The way to reach there is very bad.

This is a housing society which is on the land of an abandoned cement factory. The infrastructure developed for the society is very good like parks, stadiums, markets and club. They are selling land as well as constructed units. The problem with the project is its approach. And also security would be a big issue.

Very good area for residence, very well maintained but only a single issue is the 2-3kms road which connects qalandria chowk to naya nazimabad, you have to cross it to reach naya Nazimabad, that road is not having a very decent gentry. Also it has a lots of potholes and speed breakers.

It is state of the art project in Karachi. You can banglows, parks, masjid, markets, play grounds and much more in the project

Amazing location, surrounded with mountains. But because of cement chemicals infused in the ground, people living in Naya Nazimabad will be more prone to cancer and other illness.

A goo£ place for living and in a decent price tag. There are two major issues: (a) the routes leading up to the area are very questionable and (b) there is a factory inside the gated community which allows access to outside workers, which, kind of beats the point of having a gated community.
