Worst possible service! They even forget to take care of the basics. Not even sure if they check things or not. It has happened twice now that the same low-level and useless service was provided! Never going back again!

The sales team is good. But the service reps do not do their job properly. I gave my car for servicing and had to remind everything to the service rep. Felt like I only had to supervise everything despite leaving the car for 3-4 hours.

Not satisfied with the service. Although staff is courteous but that alone doesnt help when backline staff isnt doing their job well or when management doesnt provide back-line staff with means and abilities. Such workshops should be an example for local mechanics / workshops but this isnt the case.

The services given by Margalla Motors is not satisfactory. Once I got repaired my Alto AVQ-968 from this workshop. They cheated and charged for new parts but the old parts were replaced and took out Car AC belt and some other parts. Very bad experience.

Went there to get new car. I bought new Suzuki Wagon R VXL car from there last month. Showroom has large space compared to many other showroom in that area & have proper arrangements to showcase/display various Suzuki car models available there. They have their own maintenance/repair place within the showroom.They personally call for regular maintenance schedule & feedback, which is good as I didnt know the maintenance schedule as it was first time I bought a new car.
