If anyone who wants to visit Honda show room either to buy or for mechanical work/service in Karachi. Id recommend Honda south only. They have the best workers and very recent support staff and management compared to other branches

If you own a Honda car, then this is the best service center that I have experienced so far. Got a very experienced and well trained team who not only supports you in breakdown maintenance but also suggests you the preventive maintenance approach.Though I was able to interview some mechanics and supervisors, was amazed to know that they havebeen working on Honda cars for more than 20 years.Highly suggested spot for car maintenance and upgrades.

My car got stuck in rain water so I had to get it cleaned and fix the immobilizer.The Customer Service guy used to pick the phone after 4-5 calls, they charged for internal cleaning but never did it. The overall experience is very disappointingUPDATE:I complained the service manager after couple of days- he asked me to bring the car. The problems were heard and solved despite there was rush due to rain-related issues.3 Stars given due to Mr Aslam, their service manager.

Parts for old cars not availble in ex. stock and prices are exteemly high.

I would rate Honda South the best Honda showroom and Service Center in Karachi. Professional and dedicated service coordinators guide their customers well. I would appreciate specially Farooq (service coordinator) who always give special attention and take care to their customers.

My first visit, had to pull my vehicle without any work carried by them.Third class understanding of Representatives about what is requirement of the customer. Looking to increase their sale only. Not giving proper time.

Its a good showroom and after sales service / maintenance is good. One issue is that at time of collecting car there are 3 to 4 people standing for tip. This issue need to address as already customer is coming out empty his pockets after paying service bill.

The staff is polite but not very cooperative. I tried for hours to get some information re: changing my LCD screen but failed to get the required information. The advisor had no knowledge of the system and the other person he was trying to get hold of was simply not existent!

My first car service hereStaff got attached with we was polite and respectfully replied my all queries.Waiting area had AC and WIFI.One Star less because appointment taking procedure needs improvement.Second ExperienceVisited to obtain 5000 hrs service. Staff handler was polite and answered queries to my satisfaction however, when I came back home after a day I found that my MEMORY CARD from navi system and a TORCH from dash board was STOLEN. I wonder what they might be doing to genuine parts fitted in vehicles which are handed over to them.?They must monitor their lower staff as will cost them business. Two stars

Located in a congested area. I lost the keys, of my car, so I got the lock changed. Utterly disappointed with the rude behaviour, in necessary delay and competence of the workers. I had to visit twice after they changed. On my next visit, they worked very unhappily. Everyone wanted someone else to do it. Finally I got my lock fixed up from Gizri.

There was always a wait.. and tons and tons of paperwork.. remember spending more time trying to pay the bill and get the car back, than it took to get an oil change.. tremendously overburdened with redtape.. definitely needed a thorough revamp in making the delivery of car more streamlined. But hey.. thats apparently how these big dealer workshops work in Pakistan..

Please check your car thoroughly before getting the delivery...specially for the back reflectors of Honda City

Good reliable staff of service department has left and due to work load, their quality of service has decreased a lot but I still find them cooperative and respectful if compared with many other dealerships out in the city.

Civic makes better cars but lack severely behind toyota in terms of service and after sales. Bored advisors given the target to unnecessarily fleece customers is a cherry on top of the cake. HONDA needs to take charge of it after sales service providers ..
