Not satisfactory. I sent my car thrice that is brand new for service. I felt hard to exclirate and clutch setting was not normal when complaint. They asked me to visited while visiting they kept me in waiting and after long wait they just start and said it is okay you may drive. Now I am driving with the same problem and decided not to go there and changing my service place

Its a rip off!I sent my car to Honda Quaideen for normal maintenance and specifically asked them to check the health of the following things- Spark Plugs- Air Filter- Break OilMoreover I asked them for throttle Body service and Tuning etc. I dropped my car at around 10 in the morning and they called me back at 12 that sir your car is ready and its fine you dont need to change the plugs and we have done the throttle body service and tuning as well. I got the car picked, when i sat in the car i realized the RPM was higher than usual (it was somewhere between 1 - 1.5 x 1000, It didnt seem that anything was done with the car ! My only mistake was i didnt open the Car bonnet and checked whether they had done anything actually.After a day or two RPM started coming down because its where it was suppose to be but the car started misbehaving as it was previously.After couple of days Car started losing power (oh and Btw I was told to use to Hi-Octane for a while and i did so) I went to a local mechanic in emergency and asked him what can be the problem, he in return told me that sir the Air Filter is almost 1.5 years old and the Spark Plugs are dead ! plus your car needs throttle body cleaning too, he asked me when was the last time you got your car checked ?! I really wanted to record it and send it to Honda !My question is that when i asked them to check all these things and didnt even argue on the charges which we all know are much more than any other car dealership or mechanic in Karachi, these people should have checked and replaced these things there and then ! AUR JIS CHEEZE K PAISAI LIAY WOH TOU KERDETE BHAI !My suggestion is that whenever you give your car to these guys do check it properly that whether they have done anything or not because at times these people are so busy in doing God knows what, they really forget why the car was sent in the first place !

Worst Car Service Centre & Poor customer support. Bunch of unprofessionals working under one roof. I gave my New Honda Civic for Second periodic checkup. The car mileage is only 6000km.They hit the car from front and damage the bumper. And when my driver asked they said it was from before, there were very few scratch on bumper from before . They denied it clearly. When the supervisor checked from CCTV footage. The car was hit by them. When I reached there the supervisor excused was, Your car must be insured and you had to send it to repair so its fine. His excused had literally spinned my mind.On top of that when I checked the exterior which they have waxed. I saw wax on several spots. Upon asking. His answer was white color is difficult. It happens with white color. Stupid respond as white color is the easiest to Polish.Then I found water spilled all over under matts when I checked the Interior.And last but not least. There were a shampoo and some micro fibre dusters and piece of clothes which was stolen by Honda Quaideen employees.I would request the higher management of Honda to take strict actions against such dealership.
